Living Room: Large sectional sleeper sofa (per home)

2.5 bathrooms per home (5 total)
Master: Walk-in shower
Guest: Tub/shower combo
Half bath off the living room
🧺 Free use of Washer and Dryer. There are a few pods ready for use
🐶 Dog-Friendly - One dog under 35 lbs per home is welcome (with prior approval and $60/night pet fee). No cats, please.

🚫 No Parties or Events
☝️ Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
- Pool is serviced weekly on Saturdays

🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles

📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $500 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)
