The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night, with a 72-hour advance notice required to arrange heating.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room complete with a gas fireplace—perfect for those cozy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals effortlessly, from the dishwasher and oven to the all-important coffee maker that’ll fuel your mornings.

Entertain to your heart’s delight in the 450 sq. ft. covered entertainment space, featuring a full kitchen, grill, ice maker, pizza oven, and TV. With seating for up to 14 guests around a huge patio table, it’s the ideal spot for meals, games, or simply relaxing with family and friends.

The bedrooms are designed for the ultimate in relaxation, featuring a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, ensuring everyone gets a restful night’s sleep. Families with little ones will appreciate the high chair and a stash of board games for endless fun!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
