Great location in the heart of P-town

Property was accurately represented in all online photos and the location was unbeatable for being in the middle of everything, yet just off Commercial St. enough to make it a quiet place to relax.

A nice surprise.

Rainbow's End was better than expected. We are experienced Ptown renters, and were favorably impressed. The nice setback from Commercial Street makes the property tranquil and the beach wonderful. The space is very well configured. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, great location, great communication.

We had a really terrific stay in this unit. We are VRBO owners, but his was our first time as a rental. We found the unit to be very much as described. The furnishings are solid, kitchen complete and it was very nice having 2 bathrooms. The AC's worked wonderful. The views were amazing. The location is perfect (a little noise one night, but it was fine--the AC drowned out the noise).

Centrally located and on the water

A very well appointed apartment with everything you need. Fantastic water views, with stairs directly down to the beach. There is a nightclub next door, but everything shuts down at 1am in Provincetown.

Fabulous (if you don't have a car)

The apartment is fantastic - on the beach, breathtaking view, very comfortable, super convenient. Tandem parking with neighbors who don't want to share is not so good, but Joel Harms arranged off-site parking, so it all worked out fine.

Excellent location

The condo was great, very comfortable and clean. Having a deck overlooking the harbor and direct access to the beach was amazing - and the location was perfect, we didn't hear any noise from commercial street even though we were just a few feet away, and we would be at one of the restaurants within a few minutes. Can't say enough great things about our week staying at this rental. Thank you!

Great place. Great location.

Decent rental unit in a convenient location. Central to everything Ptown has to offer. Spectacular views and great having the tide come right up to the property. Despite the activities going on around the place (a night club, public beach access, etc.), being up on the 2nd floor removed us from feeling infringed upon. For the size of the place, it was great having two bathrooms. And the kitchen was clean, updated and well appointed. Having a washer & dryer was a definite plus.

There needs to be a fourth outdoor chair for the patio and beach towels available (if there were beaches towels, we couldn’t find them). Downstairs neighbors were awesome. The bay comes right up underneath the deck, which is very cool. Awesome stereo system that lets you connect your music to, so you can jam the day away. You won’t hear any foot traffic or other bars nearby, despite them being right here. We absolutely would come back!

THE PLACE to stay!

We stayed at this gem of a place during one of the busiest weeks of the summer. The location is perfect, the decor is high quality, techie, modern and packed full with everything you would need. You will want to spend entire days basking in the sun in the well sized balcony with spectacular views of the harbor! But when you do feel like stepping out, the centre of it all is literally down stairs! Direct access to the beach, good parking, very friendly owners, good rates, GREAT TIMES! We have stayed at many places in PTown and this is by far our favorite. It is easy to communicate with the owners and they will go out of their way to ensure your comfort, this makes a big difference! You will go back home with the biggest smile on your face and staying at this condo will play a big role in making that happen!

Absolute Perfection - and the Ultimate Central Location

Great communication by the owner, very appreciated. The condo is even more beautiful in person. This unit is very nicely furnished with tasteful and quality things. PTown has some of the highest tidal movements in the world, so when the tide is out, there is an extra 60 yards of land exposed, and when it's in, it literally comes up past the stairs to the back porch of the unit below. This is as center-of-the-bullseye as it gets in PTown: right between Pied Bar (high Tea) and Bubala's (all good things cooked). The beach in back has public access off Commercial so there is a slow but steady stream of people and dogs that visit and mingle. The noise form Pied Bar isn't bad at night. There is no frontage on Commercial so it stays secluded from that chaos even being 50 feet away. There is a parking space for this unit but unless you go to a nearby town during your stay, you will park it and leave it - everything is walkable from here. If you are coming to PTown to truly get the PTown experience, this is the ultimate 2 bedroom place to do it from!
