Apartamento de dos dormitorios con terraza grande, soleada y acogedora en el complejo residencial Las Sabinas de Carib playa, ubicado en la playa junto a las dunas de Artola y el puerto de Cabopino. Este increíble piso está a solo 500 metros de la playa, a 10 minutos en coche del casco antiguo de Marbella.

Amplia cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, horno, microondas y lavandería. Dos habitaciones con baño propio. Un baño con bañera y ducha, el otro baño solo con ducha. Baños en los dos baños. Gran salón con TV de pantalla plana.

Este ATICO de 130 metros cuadrados tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, acogedora sala de estar, dos terrazas en el nivel del apartamento más una gran terraza privada de 35 m2 en la planta superior, piscina cerrada y garaje.

El ATICO se encuentra en el complejo residencial Las Sabinas de Carib Playa, cerca de la playa, junto a las dunas de Artola y el puerto de Cabopino.

Perfect Spaciuos Apartment

We have had a great week here. 6 guests, plenty of room and areas to relax in. Spotless and all home comforts provided. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood . Beautiful apartment. We had no car but were able to explore by bus , 10 minute walk to beach .

Wonderful apartment!

Lovely apartment, lots of personal touches, clean and well looked after, very spacious. The roof terrace is truly amazing, huge, with everything you could need. A cool bag would be a good idea to take, so you don’t have to keep going up and down the stairs. The location is perfect, lots to do within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return! Thank you Joris!

Lovely apartment with sea views

This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable. We stayed during a hot period in July and the air conditioning was very effective. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The roof terrace has lovely views although some of the parasols and furniture on the balconies is showing it's age (and the rigours of being outside in the Costa del Sol summer!) There is a convenient car parking space in the basement car park - I would recommend having someone guide you into the car park the first few times as it's a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, a recommended holiday let, the owner and local agents are helpful and communicate very well.

Well situated condo

We have just spent 2 months at this property. It is well situated in quiet neighborhood close to beach and small local grocery. 5 minute walk to both. Communication good with owner. Beds very comfortable Getting key to condo a bit stressful as we didn’t have a local phone to call for the key. This is an older unit which could use some updating (bathrooms kitchen taps) . Oven and toaster were replaced after we arrived. Joris kindly provideda baby stroller for us .the rooftop patio and hot tub were a nice feature which we enjoyed often.

Rooftop terrace rocks!

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Several beach bars that serve food all along the beach in pretty much every town and village. Clean and carefully maintained, the kitchen offers what is needed to cook a meal if you are inclined. There are a couple of markets nearby where you can get both food and wine/beer. We spent a couple of mornings on the terrace that were quite relaxing. Short rides by car to the city of Marbella, the mountain town of Mijas, and our favorite, the beach town of La Cala de Mijas. There is plenty to do, but really the beach and the sea are the main appeal of the area and this is a great place to have as home base for you stay on the Spanish coast. Communication with Joris was excellent. Highly recommend!

The property exceeded all of my expectations. The manager was on had to greet us and made the experience very charming. She helped me twice when I locked myself out of the apartment and was efficient and extremely kind. The apartment is wonderfully quiet - we slept at least 10 hours every night. The terrace is totally private. We came as a family group for a wedding and my extended family were staying in a wide spectrum of properties across Marbella. We decided to meet as a group in the apartment and everyone decided we had the nicest apartment, and compared to a lot of hotels, great value for money. The apartment was spotless and fitted out beautifully. When I contacted the owner with any questions, I was answered immediately. We also discovered magnificent beaches within walking distance. Overall, a genuinely awesome experience!

Fabulous apartment

We had a fabulous, relaxing break in this lovely apartment. The owner was great, responding to all our questions promptly & even allowed us an early check in on arrival. Check in was straightforward & the apartment was super clean & had everything we needed. We spent lots of time in the shared pool, which we invariably had to ourselves. The roof terrace was amazing & we ate most of our meals on the cosy balcony terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment is in a quiet residential area a short walk from the beach. The closest area of the beach is rocky in places but we took a very short walk along the shore to a spot where we could body board safely. There’s a bar right on the beach serving food & drinks & they do a mean gin & tonic! Just the thing to finish off a day on the beach whilst watching the sun go down. The area was perfect for us, away from the really busy tourist spots. There’s a great supermarket within walking distance & another larger store just a 5 minute drive away. Döss restaurant is recommended for a lovely meal in the evening. We took fabulous day trips to Tarifa & Rhonda - both of which are recommended. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Alt fungerede godt og nabolaget er yderst roligt, men samtidig tæt på det hele. Bil anbefales. Parkeringskælderen fungerede også fint, men bliver bilen alt for stor, skal man være forsigtig.

Appartement conforme et très spacieux. En plus de ces deux terrasses le solarium et jaccuzi sont juste au top . Je recommande fortement. Seul bémol, l’entrée et sortie du parking sont difficiles d accès pour les berlines. Attention !!

appartement très agréable et confortable. Rien ne manque. Le seul gros soucis est la vue depuis le toit terrasse. On a directement vue sur la maison d'en face, avec une façade qui tombe presque en ruine, un garage habité par une personne qui y entasse des ordures, des vieux cartons, des tas de ferraille,.... horrible à voir !!!! c'est le seul point noir. Hélas le propriétaire n'y est pour rien mais c'est franchement pas du tout agréable d'avoir une telle vue surtout lorsqu'on loue cet appartement pour le jacuzzi et le roof top.

Super Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Wir konnten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung genießen. Die Wohnung war super für uns als Familie aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Besonders luxuriös empfanden wir den Aufenthalt auf der Dachterrasse (Aussicht, Whirlpool und tolles Ambiente). Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war erstklassig. Ein toller Naturstrand ist fußläufig bestens erreichbar. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt mit ausgedehnten Öffnungszeiten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Appartement et ses terrasses agréables

Appartement très agréable dans une jolie résidence calme. Point D’amélioration : grille du barbecue sale à notre arrivée, nous ne l’avons donc pas utilisé. Vue Superbe depuis la grande terrasse du roof top. Appartement de qualité bien équipé dans lequel nous avons apprécié notre séjour au quotidien, piscine très agréable et quartier également. Nous recommandons ce havre de paix dans un cadre luxuriant et définitivement très plaisant. Merci au propriétaire Joris, et Anita qui nous a accueilli et est facilement joignable si nécessaire. Tout à été fait pour notre confort. Merci !

A faire et a refaire!!!

appartement impeccable ,équipement complet ou rien ne manque,terasses sur le toit très bien équipée ou passer du bon temps.Proximite de tous commerces ainsi que d'une multitude de plages toutes plus sympas les une que les autres (pour info il est préférable de louer une voiture a l'earoport de malaga) En bref une adresse a retenir car nous y reviendront surement!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to the sea.

Modern and large 2 bed apartment with a roof terrace. The kitchen was well equipped and complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. TV and Wi fi both worked well, no problems. There is a supermarket a 15 min walk away which is open 7 days a week and also on public holidays. It was easy to catch the bus to Fuengirola or Marbella a 10 min walk from the apartment. We found parking in Marbella extremely difficult and were happy to use public transport. The owner was extremely helpful and was prompt to respond.

Enjoyed our stay

We went in the appartement and everything was light and breezy. Clean rooms, nice furniture and the terrace is really stunning to enjoy BBQ's and evening drinks. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, really so much luxury. Everything is present in the appartment. Hope to be returning here soon...

Amazing terraces

Very satisfied about our 6 day holiday here! The apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped to have a great time (Bluetooth speaker, sunloungers, bottle coolers, kitchen amenities, bbq etc...) Everything is well maintained and clean. The loungy roof top terrace with seaview is definitely the cherry on the cake! Special thanks to the owner: Joris makes it an absolute priority to take care of his guests! I would definitely recommend this place!

Appartement bien placé et belle terrasse

L’appartement est bien placé et meublé avec goût dans une petite résidence. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Son plus, une très belle terrasse bien équipée et la piscine. A 500 mètre la plage est très sympa on y trouve un petit restaurant sympathique. Pas besoin de voiture. Proche du centre ville de Marbella environ 10kms. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Fernand

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Marbella. L'appartement se situe sur un secteur très pavillonnaire et loin du Marbella ville. On a avait l'impression de retrouver le Saint tropez du coté arrière pays. Sans la foule. Il est très spacieux. Il se trouve dans une petite résidence très calme. Différent de ces grands complexes touristiques. La piscine est en bas des pistes jusqu'à 22h. On a bénéficié d'une très grande terrasse sur le toit pour le bronzage et le repas du soir (barbecue à gaz), d'un balcon pour le déjeuner et d'un balconnet pour le petit déjeuner à la fraicheur du matin avec la vue sur la mer. Pour la cuisine, tous les équipements sont disponibles (un broyeur pour les smoothies). Des supermarchés sont à moins de 10 min en voiture. Notre préféré est Mercadona. Pour la restauration, il y a de nombreux restaurants : pizzerias, tacos ou fruits de mer. Pour ce dernier, Le Sinbad restaurant en bord de plage est excellent. La plage est restée dans son état sauvage. Pour une plage de sable blanc, allez du coté de Fuengirola. Pour les visites, nous vous conseillons les villes de Mijas, véritable ville andalouse et Ronda pour son pont de 100m de haut. Frisson garanti. Pour ces 2 villes, une vue à 180° est disponible. Pour conclusion, Joris et Anita sont restés à portée de main. C'est ce type de location que nous souhaitons avoir dans nos prochains voyages.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area

This apartment was as good as the photographs looked. The sun terrace on the roof was ideal for us for both sun-bathing and cooking / eating outside. Facilities in the apartment were also great with a dish-washer, washing machine, iron, air-conditioning etc. We did not have a car during our stay but there is a small supermarket nearby and a few quiet bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Overall we loved the apartment but would prefer a better choice of local bars.

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment!

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood within 5 min walking distance of the beach and many nice beach bars and restaurants. Next to the beach are the dunes of Artola, perfect for beautiful walks in the nature, and a cosy harbor. Our stay in the apartment was great because it's very spacious and well equipped, there are 3 (!) terraces of which one big rooftop terrace, and everything is very clean. Having lunch or dinner on the rooftop terrace with sea view is what really gave us the feeling of being on vacation. And the swimming pool is a nice refreshment for when it's getting too hot. Thank you Joris for being such a good host! I can recommend staying in his apartment to anybody who's looking for a relaxing stay in the Marbella area.

Belgian based architect that likes to travel. Coming to this area in Marbella already for several years on holiday and really in love with the neighborhood. Purchased the apartment in 2017 after falling in love immediately with it on holiday the year before.

A very nice, big apartment with modern furniture. It is at walking distance to the beach, no need to cross a big road. The rooftop terrace is one of the absolute advantages of the apartment, its fantastic to spend the evenings there.

The neighborhood is located at the beachside with beach, restaurants, .. at walking distance. No need to cross big roads. Golf and other leisure activities are close. The apartment is in a small complex of less then 30 apartments, that in combination with the rooftop terrace gives the feeling of being in a private villa with the advantages of an apartment. There is a lot of privacy on the terrace. The whole interior, appliances etc are renewed in 2017, so it feels like you are in a brand new apartment.
