Please note: This is a brand-new building, and while construction is complete, some owners are still furnishing their units. You may hear occasional noise during the day.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Friday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
