Welcome to the Bayou Houstonian - Our oasis offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for your short-term stay! The house sits in the bustling Heights neighborhood, and is nestled in the heart of Houston, just minutes away from Memorial Park (0.5 mi), The Galleria (5 mi), and Downtown/Medical Center (6.5 mi).

At just under 2000 square feet, there is plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy the luxuries our home offers while making it your home base as you explore the city. Tech savvy!

*We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.*

If you're looking for the perfect Houston spot, our home is the perfect place for you! The home features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room, game room, laundry room with washer & dryer, and 2.5 baths!

The upstairs Master suite has a King bed. There are two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another bedroom with two twin beds. Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we stock in every bedroom! The home can comfortably sleep 6, however, if three are willing to crash in the King bed (it's spacey!), 7 can fit.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook a wonderful meal with friends and family! (If by chance you do, please let us know how it came out - we're foodies!)

The living room is furnished with a 75" smart, flat-screen TV so feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.

The game room features a Foosball table, a Pacman arcade, and plenty of board games for family fun! Connected to the game room is the laundry room where you'll find (you guessed it!) the washer and dryer. But, more importantly, for those parents traveling with infants or toddlers, we have a brand new Pack-n-play because, well, we're parents and get it :)

Need Tech? High speed internet, 4 Smart TVs, and charging stations throughout.

The best attribute is you get to enjoy luxury comfort while being close to EVERYTHING Houston has to offer! There is even a great local restaurant only a block away we routinely walk to for diner and drinks!

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the home (with the exception of any locked closets).

The garage will be available for use throughout your stay and can comfortably fit one vehicle with space for two additional in the driveway.
Smart TVs are located in the living room, game room, and two of the bedrooms. You will need to bring your (or a family member's) login info for the TV streaming subscriptions. We provide the Wi-fi but do NOT provide cable or basic channels.

This is a two-story home. The first floor is wheel chair accessible but the 2nd story is NOT.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with multiple exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. They are for your safety and are only activated with motion.

Trash and recycling pick-up is on Thursday. If your stay happens to overlap a Thursday, we kindly request you put the trash cans out by the street the night before.

Prior to checking out, we kindly ask the following of you to help our staff efficiently prep for the next guests:
1.) Pick up all garbage and place it in the trash can
2.) Bundle all used towels on the floor in the laundry room
3.) Strip the bed of linens and leave bundled on the ground (NOT THE MATTRESS COVER)
4.) Load the dishwasher and/or hand wash used dishes
