A solo dos cuadras al sur de Santa Mónica y a 50 yardas de la playa y Venice Walk.

Esta encantadora casa de 1400 pies cuadrados ofrece las mejores comodidades de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Puede dormir hasta 8 personas. Great Location and Very Comfortable

My husband, daughter and I spent a week here after the hectic holidays. We had a wonderful visit, we walked to many restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney as well as Santa Monica. It's also a short drive to Whole Foods and a lovely yoga studio called Studio Surya in Venice. The house is close to the beach but as mentioned by others very quiet. It's a charming cottage, extremely well equipped with everything you would need and very clean. We found that a few lightbulbs were out when we arrived; I emailed Phyllis to let her know, she replied promptly and replaced the burned out bulbs the next day. I would definitely rent the house again and recommend it to friends and family who may be visiting the area in the future.

Cool Venice Beach House

This house is all about charm and location. It's a very well preserved/renovated Craftsman house a block from Venice Beach and 5 blocks from Abbott-Kinney Blvd, the new epicenter of world hipsterism lined with fantastic restaurants and creative boutiques. Two blocks from Santa Monica border, so Main St. and 3rd. St shopping are also close by. The photos are accurate and tell the story. Extremely charming front yard with picket fence. Nicely furnished rooms that are simple but very clean and not tired like some VRBO properties can be. The management company is very professional and the owner lives next door. The section of beach closest to the house is quiet, never crowded. Although all the sights and sounds of Venice Boardwalk are a block away, the house is very quiet and faces a pedestrian only street. Car access and parking in the back. Beach cruiser bikes come with the house--a fantastic way to cruise the boardwalk and access amazing cafes, yoga studios...whatever.

Great location, nice house

Wonderful weeklong stay with 4 adults and two young kids. We love Venice beach so much and this house is in the heart of it. Great experience checking in, big thanks for everything! ;-D

Expected more for the money.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to begin by saying we had a good time here. It is a 3.5 in my book having stayed in many houses in the US, UK and Europe. Location is great, space is good, it is certainly clean but what lets it down is the quality of the fixtures and fittings. It feels very much like a cash cow to extract maximum rent whilst providing just basic level necessities. For example, the bathrooms are very dated and need replacing, some of the crockery is chipped, not enough glassware, there are holes in the beach towels, the rugs need cleaning, the beach stuff is old and a bit grubby. There is no safe to store valuables that you don't want to carry around with you all day. There is a tiny stove top kettle which takes 15 minutes to boil. I could go on. Small things yes, but things that make the difference between a great rental and an adequate one. On a positive note, he management company were very good to deal with, professional and fast in response.

The walking street leads to a quick easy walk to the beach. We loved our time here and will absolutely be back!

One of the bedrooms was staying too warm at night, so they immediately installed a small a/c in the window. Incrediable service! We would definitely stay here again. Loved sitting on the front porch. The bikes were fun to use on the bike path. The laundry was a plus. Very quiet location for such a busy place. Lovely lane, very private. Hope to visit again!

Lovely time with family at Venice Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a really lovely house, close to the beach, but far enough so we couldn't hear the shenanigans from the boardwalk. There were toys for us to take to the beach, so my two year old could play, as well as bicycles, which we used and had a great time. We enjoyed walking to the beach, to restaurants and the short drive to Whole Foods made our lives easier too. The only issues we had were so minor, that it didn't dampen the mood! The floors creaked quite a bit, so during naps, we had to be extra careful. The parking spot will be very tight for a full sized SUV (which we had rented). One of the bedroom doors would not work from the inside of the room. The house is really lovely and full of charm. We would stay there again!

The floors and rugs were not clean, rug in small bedroom is falling apart and a dangerous condition as one can easily trip and fall. Wall decor and bathroom fan full of dust. Cookie sheet had cooked on food.Owner obviously doesn't take any pride in ownership.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay at the lovely bungalow that is near the action of Venice beach but yet tucked away on a special quiet pedestrian street. The rooms were spacious and light and the home was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, bikes, sand toys etc. I would definitely recommend this house.

Our Cute Beach House

We stayed for a week on our all girl's cousin trip! We had an amazing time in this bungalow. We biked to Santa Monica & to Marina del Rey. It was so great to have the bikes available to us. (we fixed the bike chain!) We walked to the beach & the beach shops several times. So much fun to be had! We used the front porch to watch the pedestrians & drink our drinks! Everyone was so friendly. The kitchen was just the right size to cook in, but we went out to eat most meals. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the top bunk for an adult. The bathrooms were perfect for 6 of us. Parking was adequate. We did use the laundry facilities also. I would definitely stay again! The property was clean & very well taken care of. Thanks to STAYLA

Great family accomodation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cosy "cottage/bungalow". Good quiet street despite being only about 50 yards to the beach. Very clean had everything we needed including a laundry which is great when traveling with family. Bikes were there to use but sadly chain came off but super handy to use for biking into Santa Monica. We choose the accomodation thinking we were a bit closer to Santa Monica and whilst by car it's only about 5 mins it is about a good 45 min walk there. Very good location to Abbot Kinney where there are plenty of good restaurants and trendy shops. Lots of uber drivers around which we used and found to be very reliable. I would highly recommend accomodation would stay there again. We are from Sydney, Australia so was nice to experience living like a "local" for a while. So much better than an hotel.

Small Craftsman Near the Beach

A block from Venice Beach and walking distance to Main Street in Santa Monica and Abbot Kinney in Venice. We regularly walked to Rose Cafe and Gjusta, two of our favorite restaurants. The house is small and old, but is in relatively good condition. The two very small bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. The rental agency was friendly and helpful and all the neighbors on the walk street were very lovely. We had a nice stay, but are frequent visitors to the Venice area and would not rent this home again.

Seconds from the fabulous beach and Venice Boardwalk, yet in the quietist, cutest pedestrianised avenue. A few minutes walk from great shops and restaurants on Abott Kinney, Rose and Main st, 20 minutes stroll into the centre of Santa Monica and a short bike ride to Marina Del Ray - the location is great. The house itself is comfortable, bright and spacious with all the facilities you need, including laundry room, BBQ, bikes, boards and beach chairs and a lovely front porch and small garden to enjoy sundowners. The third bedroom is a little small compared to the other two, with access to the back porch which can make it a bit of a thoroughfare. Parking space is great. Would definitely recommend this house and the hosts were unbelievably helpful and efficient
