Unwind on Bradenton Beach / Anna Maria Island at this brilliant condo. Newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. This is two beachfront units that are connected by an adjoining door. Keep it open for your close family or you can lock off the studio for privacy as needed.

One side has a king bedroom and another bedroom with two twins. The adjoining studio has a king bed. You have two full kitchens!

Shell Cove sits directly on the sand. Walk out your door onto your 5' wide patio and the next step is the sand. Then you stroll another 30 seconds and you're at the water's edge. That's Beachfront!!

This property is totally remodeled after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Everything is new and everything is top notch. Designer interiors on the beach. It's the best!

Take a look at the photos and see the great style of this Shell Cove unit that sleeps 6. Those sunset pics are on the beach in front of your door. Sunsets guaranteed almost every night.

The property comes with beach chairs and umbrellas. No lugging stuff down the street. Just step out the door and it's there.

Anna Maria Island is unique in that it's one of the beach towns that has retained the beach flavor. Not built up or overrun with chain stores and restaurants. Small town "beachy" feel. Easy to get around via car, walking, free trolley, or Uber.

This is a private condo. Nothing on the interior is shared. The only shared areas are the patio/walkway in front of the units leading to the beach. You will meet other guests passing by on their way to the beach. It's a very friendly building.

This is truly a beachfront property. You step out the door and the sand is waiting. We can almost guarantee sunsets every night. It takes you about 30 seconds to reach the water. That's beachfront!!
