Enjoy the serenity with the beautiful view of the close-by mountains. Take a dip in the hot tub, relax on the furniture deck, play horseshoes, or cool down in the pool.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole house which includes all three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage game room, and an outdoor area!



IMPORTANT NOTE:

Supply closet is NOT available for guests.



Hot Tub rules:

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



The Neighborhood:

A residential neighborhood that is right across the street from a plaza with multiple food options, Walmart, and more! Super convenient. Easy 10-15 minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

A digital keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



OUTDOOR SPACE: (COWBOY POOL CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)

The whole space is fully fenced and features a beautiful mountain view, hot tub, cowboy pool, propane grill, fire pit, hammocks, swings, furniture deck, horseshoes, outdoor dining, and more!



PARKING:

The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.



THE DRIVE:

The drive is on paved roads and is easy to access off of the main 29 palms highway.



INTERNET:

We have high-speed internet access with 150mbps along with a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom to get all your work done. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

Outdoor: Daybed (can be used for nighttime too)



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB:

To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using our facilities. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.



☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



SECURITY:

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or in the backyard.

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.



• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.



• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.



• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.



• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.



• Children must be supervised at all times.



• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
