Great condo

Great condo--no issues with anything--pictures are accurate --Annette is so responsive and helpful--you have to rent a car if you stay in this part of PR. There are no stores nearby that you can walk to.

Great stay!

This property was comfortable, clean, well stocked and ideally located. Annette was a big help in planning our trip too. The Palmas Del Mar resort is lovely with every amenity you can imagine. We were on Cresent Beach which was very nice although the water was rough when we were there. A car is a must if you want to visit the many beautiful sights that Puerto Rico has to offer.

Wonderful, peace spot

Annette's condo on the beach is exactly as advertised, even better. The condo is terrific with a constant ocean breeze as the condo development is right on the beach. The pools were lovely. It was very quiet in August, great for a group or family traveling together, but a bit too quiet if you want to meet people. A bar/restaurant is a short walk along the water. The host was very responsive all week. We were in touch by text and phone and she was always ready to help out with anything in any way. It's a bit far from the more adventurous parts of Puerto Rico, but we had a car and drove and did lots of things.

Great location, beautiful resort

My family and I stayed at this condo in the middle of June 2014. Situated only steps to the beach and some really nice pools, it was perfect for relaxing. The condo was as advertised and the owner was very good at communicating throughout the process. The Palmas Del Mar resort is wonderful. About a 55 minute drive from San Juan, it is in the SE corner of the island and is very quiet. We did do some day trips to Farjardo (snorkel excursion was great..the kids loved it.) and spent one night in Old San Juan to be closer to the city. There are enough restaurants around the area to enjoy and grocery stores within 15 minutes of the gated resort. Overall...a great vacation for the family! Thank you so much.

Great trip!

Loved our trip to Palmas Del Mar and this fantastic condo next to the beach. Everything is as advertised or better. The condo has everything we needed and Annette was great to provide tips and suggestions for us during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

Loved the place! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Palmas Del Mar, Crescent Beach and loved it! We had our two 20-something sons with us and it was great for the 4 of us. It is a beautiful condo with an outstanding view of the palm trees and ocean. Loved the porch and enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Clean, nicely decorated apartment. Lots of little added touches to make your stay more enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Kitchen was wonderfully outfitted. We made smoothies everyday with the wonderful blender and great fruit available. Annette was great to work with and paid attention to every detail even providing a gift basket of snacks on arrival. She checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were happy and offered her help with anything we needed. Washer and dryer were very helpful after a muddy hike in the rain forest. The photos and description were accurate and the property was very well maintained. Not a huge beach but that is not something you can control. Still enjoyed walking on it watching the sunset. The ocean was pretty rough so the beach would not have been a great place for little kids but the pool area would have been. Three lovely pools and the grounds were maintained beautifully. The unit was very quiet and I would highly recommend it. Hope to return! We just loved the area and the condo! Muchas gracias Annette.

Wonderful vacation

We are here for our last night and so sad to leave. It's been the perfect vacation. The unit is located just 400 feet or so from the beach. The complex is beautiful, nicely located, and the grounds and pool area are kept up very well. The unit is bigger than appears in the pictures, very comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It was very comfortable for our group of 2 adults and 3 teenage girls. We hardly ever left the resort, we had everything we needed here. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the resort and enjoy the beach club, fitness center and other amenities. Annette could not be a more gracious hostess -- she met us at the airport to give us keys and guess passes, even though our flight was very, very late getting in. We cooked in a number of nights, but also ate out in Old San Juan and in Palmanova Plaza (within the resort). I cannot recommend this unit more highly (unless you take the week we'd like to book to return next year!)

Perfect Getaway on beachfront villa

The owner, Annette, made the entire process simple and easy. She greeted us at the resort and provided us with a lovely little welcome basket. The villa itself directly faces the ocean with a balcony that you can hang out on and listen to the waves. The unit is a clean 2 bedroom. the main master overlooks the ocean as well. I would describe the unit as clean and absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Had a washer dryer which was great and the kitchen was perfect for us. Palmas itself is not a luxury resort but it is a nice set up with a nice beach, golf and tennis. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend.
