3 cabañas frente al río a orillas de los Grandes Deschutes. En el otro lado de la propiedad se encuentra la calle 15 del campo de golf privado Crosswater. Se accede a la propiedad a través de la comunidad cerrada de Crosswater Golf, ubicada a minutos de Sunriver Lodge. Al otro lado de la calle, en la otra dirección, encontrará la comunidad de Caldera Springs. Bicicletas de montaña y algunos juguetes para el agua.

Este "compuesto" tiene 3 unidades de alquiler en la propiedad, así como la casa de vacaciones del propietario (la casa de vacaciones del propietario no está disponible para alquilar). El alquiler incluye tres cabinas. 1) Casa de invitados de 3 dormitorios y 1 baños, 2) Casa de literas con baño 3) Estudio con cocina completa y baño Las 3 unidades están separadas y en un entorno de patio. La propiedad se encuentra en un acre en un parque como un entorno privado con vista al río Big Deschutes por un lado y la calle 15 del campo de golf Crosswater por el otro.

La propiedad cuenta con acceso privado a la carretera y está adyacente a Sunriver y Caldera Springs. Con 450 'de frente de río en un lado y 450' del campo de golf de frente sobre el otro lado y su propio muelle privado, esto es realmente una propiedad única.

This house had everything we needed to help make our family vacation everything we hoped it would be. The four bedrooms & three bathrooms gave us all plenty of space & we all enjoyed the big round table in the great room area to eat & play games. The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the Deschutes river. My two grandsons, ages 6 & 11, thoroughly enjoyed the pool table along with rest of us. Overall, we were very happy & recommend this house to others.

This home is amazing! Kirk is so helpful and the property is stunning. It really has everything - all the water toys, trampoline for the kids and hot tub with beautiful views. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. There were sweet baby bunnies on the property and we saw a bald eagle while paddle boarding. We had an amazing few days and can't wait to go back!

Great family retreat

Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property on the river felt very secluded. Lots of activities, biking, kayaking, golf, frisbie golf. Good outdoor cooking setup with bbq and Blackstone grill. Indoor games, Billiards, foosball, lot of board games. Dining and couches ideal for families. Highly recommended.

Fully Loaded Home & Experience - 5/5 Stars

My family of six spent Memorial Day weekend at this home, and would go back in a heartbeat. While so many Sunriver homes have the same feel and offerings, this home is truly unique in its location and amenities. I loved waking up in the morning and sipping my coffee while overlooking the river. And during the day, there was virtually every conceivable outdoor activity available for playing, including SUP, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, pickleball, bicycling, hot-tubbing, jumping on the in-the-ground trampoline, or hanging out at the firepit during the evenings. As a gamer, it really felt like we were in Disneyland. The grounds are also so impeccably maintained.Within the home, the home is as well-stocked as any home I've ever rented. My partner commented that it felt like we were actually staying at a family member's home rather than someone's rental property. The owner of the property was easy to reach and checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed. I asked for a bicycle pump and it was delivered within the hour. The owner told me had a caretaker living in the adjacent building, but we never saw him until we were loading up the car to go home. It felt like we had the home to ourselves.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and adult children stayed at this home and had a wonderful experience. The view of the Deschutes was beautiful, the pool table and foosball table with the family room setup offered a ton of fun while at the house. Communication was easy and quick for any questions we had.We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful!

The home is beautiful and well stocked. It’s so comfortable and a fun spot to hang out. The property is amazing! It snowed while we were there and the river and the trees were magical. All the wildlife sightings were exciting! Private location, but close to Sunriver shops and restaurants. We adventured by hiking, seeing waterfalls and a cave visit. But we also enjoyed just being at the house, playing pool, watching the river, playing games, hot tubbing, walking the golf course (and seeing the herd of elk!). The main house is ALL yours! And 2 of the small cabins on the property are occupied by single renters. One of those is the caretaker. We only saw him once and never felt “watched”. It was actually nice knowing someone familiar with the home and property was around in case we needed anything. Highly recommend! We are already planning for a summer visit and can’t wait to stay at Leaning Pine Acres again.

Sunriver get away

One of our kids was playing in lacrosse tournament in Bend, the property location made getting to the sports fields easily. The property is amazing! Incredible view and access of the river and the accommodations are very comfortable. The property owner was great to work with and responsive. We enjoyed playing pickleball, floating on the river, playing Ms Pac-Man and grilling. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house and grounds were great, and being right on the river was amazing. We were there for the 4th of July weekend, and there were a lot of people floating down the river...everyone was friendly, and it was a fun atmosphere. And it was still a very quiet and peaceful location. Overall, a great place to stay!

Company Weekend Away

We rented the entire compound for a for a 5-day stay with our employees. The property accommodated all 11 of us comfortably. Everyone had their own personal space, and we had excellent common spaces for our dinners together and to hang out. The location was convenient and incredibly beautiful. The Owner's were very accommodating for our large group. They were also helpful when we had trouble getting the heater to work in one unit - the problem was quickly resolved. We'd stay here again.

A sprawling gem!

The multiple buildings at Leaning Pine made housing 12 adults a piece of cake and between the river, pool & foosball tables there we're plenty of on-site entertainment options. Proximity to the Sunriver Resort, marina, bike trails, and golf courses made this an absolutely ideal location.

Perfect for our Family Reunion.

The property "compound" with multiple buildings allowed us to spread out and offered different places to gather and hangout during out stay. The property owner was responsive to our questions and provided information on things to do during our visit to Sun River and Bend. Besides being on the River, there are several biking and hiking trails nearby.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property the location was beautiful and peaceful. It had plenty of room for the 12 of us giving everyone a bit of privacy. It was open so we had plenty of sunshine. Centrally located to lots of activities if you wanted to get out and about. If swimming is your thing and your not a dive right in kind of person it was difficult to enter the water if you wanted to wade in.

The property was just as described in the website and was very private.

The view of the river was very nice as was the large fireplace. There was plenty of room and having the extra cabins provided privacy for everyone. We ran into a few small issues but Kirk was very responsive to our concerns. I would recommend this property, especially in the summer wirh it's location on the river. Even in the winter, we were warm and cozy.

Beautiful property

We were a group of 14 traveling for a lacrosse tournament. The property accommodations worked perfectly for our large group. I warned everyone to shop before they arrived as they would not want to leave. Peaceful relaxing property on the river. It was so nice after long game days to come back & relax i serenity. The owner is awesome too. It is not easy to accommodate 14 different requests and he did fantastic. My group was happy & woul rent here again hands down. Thank you for a fantastic experience. Your property is stunning. 101 Lacrosse U15 girls & parents. Terri

Wonderful Estate for Family Reunion

The four building compound was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Lots of private bedrooms, multiple kitchens, lovely hot tub, and a large yard for family games. The river front location is perfect and is close to trails, golf, and all Sun River has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic family experience!!

River front vacation home with games, activities, ...

We had our family reunion here last August, coming from Sherwood, OR and Kirkland, WA. Everyone enjoyed this water front vacation home. We did foosball, pool table, trampoline, kayak, canoe, hot tub, bbq. We got there on Friday, went to Crater Lake on Saturday, family reunion party and pictures on Sunday and stopped by Wildlife Safari on our way home on Monday. The bedrooms were okay. We find the kitchen a little two small. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was very relaxing sitting by the river. It was fire season so we couldn't do the fire place. That was a bumper! Overall, we had a very good time.

Beautiful home and loction

The property was great for our big family of mostly grown children and grandchildren. Everyone had there own space to sleep. We all enjoyed the pool table and had lots of exciting games on the foosball table. The proberty was great. We had a little sledding hill right there on the property and made plenty of snow ingloos and snowmen. The grocery store was nearby. There was lots of things to do. We went to the tubing hill by the village and went ice skateing in the evening. There are lots of eating places and shopping nearby. We all had a great time and the house was very comfortable. The owner got back to us promtly when we had any questions or concerns. We look forword to renting this house again in the summer. Thank you
