Bienvenido a uno de los mejores complejos de Kihei: Kihei Alii Kai, ubicado frente al océano.
La ubicación de nuestro apartamento dentro del complejo lo hace excepcionalmente tranquilo, a solo unos pasos de la piscina, la sauna, el estacionamiento y las áreas de barbacoa.
El enorme lanai del apartamento está frente a una zona verde bien mantenida y ofrece un amplio espacio privado.
Dentro del apartamento, encontrará la cama King de California en el dormitorio y el sofá cama Queen de gran tamaño en la sala de estar.
Pisos de bambú, cocina completa con nevera, lavavajillas, estufa y microondas. Cuarto de baño con nuevos accesorios de ducha es de baldosas de mármol. Además, lavadora y secadora grandes, aire acondicionado nuevo, nuevos ventiladores de techo, TV por cable, Internet de alta velocidad gratis con Wi-Fi, 42 TV LCD, 32 TV LCD con reproductor de DVD y escritorio de computadora. El apartamento se mantiene razonablemente fresco todo el año, por lo que rara vez se necesita aire acondicionado.
Para la playa: toallas, sillas, sombrillas, colchonetas, aletas, tablas de surf.
Máximo 4 personas (incluyendo niños).

Peace and comfort in Maui

This is a great condo in Kihei in a perfect location. It’s quiet and peaceful and even has an ocean view. We were very comfortable the entire stay. We stayed in the same unit last September and were pleased that it was available.

Fun getaway

Conveniently located near but not on the beach with beautiful view from lanai. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Community pool and hot tub are nice. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, we’d stay again

Perfectly located, a little outdated but had all we needed. pool area is very nice including bbq and hot tub. great to hang out on those windy afternoons. close to shops and restaurants, beach out front is nice and calm just perfect for little ones, sandy with some reef too where you can see fishes and turtles daily

Great location! Loved it!

This is the third time staying in this complex, first time in this unit. We loved it! It was nice being on the ground floor as we could go lay on the grass. The host was very nice! We would stay here again.

We love your place so much, we came back the second time! Love the Tommy Bahama chairs and all of the beach stuff. We stayed here 11 years ago when we were dating for 8 months. This trip we spent our 10 year anniversary . Thank you for this great place! Its proximity to the beach and shops is so great!

Wonderful Kihei Condo

This Kihei condo was absolutely everything we needed to stay on Maui for Christmas. It was conveniently located to the beach, amenities and restaurants. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Can't thank her enough!

Perfect home away from home

Great location, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was clear and there were no issues. The pool and hot tub are sparkling, and I spent a lot of time in or next to the pool. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Kihei, close to everything. I will check to see if this condo is available again, the next time I make it to Maui!

Paradise in Kihei!

We had such a wonderful time in Kihei. This condo was amazing! It had everything you needed beach supplies, curling irons, washer and dryer ,honestly all the comforts of home. It was so peaceful and quiet. We rarely saw anyone. We love the lanai. we were just minutes away from the beach. Lora was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions. Our time here was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful stay at the beach

I think the best thing to say is that if we come back we'll check if this listing is available before we look elsewhere. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate, so I won't waste time redescribing the place. What made it special is how quiet it was. The lanai (although a little chicken-infested) faces an empty lot, so you get a view out onto the ocean that, while not completely unobstructed, doesn't include anybody walking or driving by. The sense of peaceful seclusion really made the stay extra special as we were able to enjoy the quiet times in the condo in the mornings, evenings, and between activities. Loved every moment of it.

Functional and pleasant

This unit was quite comfortable and well outfitted with kitchen utensils and beach toys. The ventilation was better than it has been in most other warm places we have stayed, with two fans in both the bedroom and the living room. We had a hard time making the air conditioner work, but the heavy drapes kept the strongest afternoon heat from making the unit unbearable. The lanai table wasn't in great shape since the plexiglass top didn't cover the whole wooden surface, but it was still nice to relax in the shade there before the afternoon sun encroached on it. The view was pleasant but not spectacular, except of the stars on clear nights -- wow! The whole complex seemed well maintained, quiet and safe. It would have been difficult for people who have trouble climbing up and down stairs to get around there, but it worked well for able-bodied folks. The best thing about this place is its proximity to a lovely sandy beach and lots of good restaurants!

Lora very nice, onsite manager not! Condo has great kitchen and amenities, too dated otherwise.

The only great thing about the property was that it was on Maui. It was like stepping into 1978 and was dark and dreary. The condo did have a great modern kitchen. There must have been a broken sewage pipe because there were plumbing trucks there the whole week and the grounds smelled like sewage. The worst part of all was the manager, he always look mad. On the first day he snapped at me for parking on the wrong side of a parking lot. I said I rented a condo from the owner. He rudely said I was not THE owner! No aloha from the onsite mgr!

August vacation

Convenient location, nicely kept condo, pool and BBQ were great. There was a few issues that could be sorted by the owner; the pull out couch is very uncomfortable, there is no cable to the TV that is in the bedroom, the shower head needs replacing and there was no phone. The no phone was a real problem as we are Canadian so we were not able to use our cell phones, when we had a problem we had to walk around and try to find someone in the complex who could lend us there phone, (the problem was the electric door lock needed a new battery as it wouldn't lock). Once we were able to use a phone to talk to the onsite manager Sue, she was great, very helpful and checked on us a few times as she knew we had no phone to contact her if we did. We would recommend this condo and would stay there again if we were going to Maui.

This condo was a really good value, and I would normally give my rating based on expectations, so I wouldn’t normally give anything less than 5 stars based on how much I paid, it was among the cheapest rentals on Maui. There are 2 reasons that I gave it only 4 stars: the bed was stiff, and the AC has a timer. So for me personally, those are big negatives. But if it weren’t for that I would have given a 5 star review. Here’s a list of pros and cons…Cons:The bed wasn’t comfortable. The AC is on a 4 hour timer, so you have to come home to a hot condo every day. The tv was too confusing for us to figure out, we never did get it to work. The parking isn’t close to the condo, so if you have a lot of stuff to carry in, it can take a while. You can hear everything going on outside the bedroom window, and I mean everything! I will say though that the complex is a pretty quiet complex, and we rarely heard anyone walk by, but the window doesn’t mask the noise. Pros:Right across from the beach! Great value! While the kitchen was limited to what it had, we did find that we had everything we needed, so basic cooking was easy. Beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, and snorkel gear is included, though we did walk next door and rent snorkel gear from boss frogs since the snorkel gear was limited. Washer and dryer in the unit, pool was warm, hot tub was amazing! Plenty of parking. Close to shopping. Comfortable (except the bed). Overall I’d say this was a great rental. We had a great trip
