Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de nueva construcción convenientemente ubicada a solo dos casas del paseo marítimo y la playa. La calle está pavimentada y tiene una entrada privada cerrada al paseo marítimo. Tiene estacionamiento para 2 autos ubicado al lado de la casa. Se incluyen 4 insignias de playa para su estadía.
¡Esta casa de diseño tiene todo lo que necesita para una escapada de vacaciones perfecta! El plano de planta abierto es acogedor y excelente para el entretenimiento. Decorado en un motivo costero de playa, ningún detalle ha sido pasado por alto.

Wonderful beach house

This is a great beach house, super clean and steps to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and the decor is very homey. Vince is a great host and is very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Best family vacation!

The property met all our expectations. It was 2 houses away from boardwalk, had ample room for the five of us ( 3 adults and two twelve year olds), a very well stocked kitchen, and a lovely deck with gas grill, on second level. The two twelve year old boys were given a lot of freedom to go and play on boardwalk, as it was so safe.

Unforgettable Stay at a Perfect Point Pleasant Beach Home

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful vacation home. It was impeccably clean, functional, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and refreshing experience. Communication was clear and professional, and we felt confident in the ease of the eperience. The location is unbeatable, offering immediate access to the serene side of Point Pleasant beaches while still being a short walk to the bustling attractions on the boardwalk. This was hands down the best vacation our family has ever had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, everything top of the line

Vince was wonderful. Easy to talk to and easily available. Set up of house really nice. Two houses from quiet end of boardwalk on private road. Would highly recommend.

Well Acquainted House In Great Location

My family of four just completed our stay and loved the property. The house is modern, clean, and located just two houses in from the boardwalk - half way between Jenkinson’s Inlet and Jenkinson’s - which is just about the perfect location. Plenty of room for the family. Having the master bedroom on the second floor with access to the roof deck was great for evenings after the kids went to bed. Able to fit two cars in the driveway and the owner provides additional street parking badges for guests. The house has just about everything you need. Communication with the owner was great. We will very likely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, excellent location!!

What a wonderful home this is! Pictures don’t do this adorable property justice! Right away upon booking, Vince, the property owner, was excellent at communicating with us about what to expect. Upon arrival, we were OBSESSED with how charming the house was, offering a cozy beach vibe with tons of character! As if the home itself wasn’t enough, it is situated only two houses from the boardwalk and Jenkinson’s Beach! The boardwalk is accessed by key since the home is on a private drive, and we really appreciated that for safety and privacy. The beach near the house was quiet with not a lot of people (we were here in beginning of June). As you walk closer to Jenkinson’s boardwalk, the beach becomes a little more crowded, so with younger kids we liked the quieter part of the beach. But when we wanted to be in the hustle and bustle of Jenkinson’s boardwalk, it was less than 100yds away! This house truly had everything we could’ve asked for and more! If you’re looking for a charming home, conveniently located to the beach and entertainment, look no further! We had a wonderful week here and hated to leave. Our family is already thinking about our next trip here and we will definitely book this home again!

AMAZING!! Pictures and description positively accurate --- CLEAN. Vince was a pleasure to work with, very responsive. Beautiful home! Location: private beach access, quiet street was perfect --- we had an infant with us and to be so close to get back and forth from the beach to the house worked perfectly. All appliances were clean and functional. Will gladly stay again. If you are considering, BOOK IT --- you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Vince, for a lovely home that made the perfect vacation for our family!

Beautiful Property

The property is accurately represented on line. The owner is very responsive to questions before move in. Everything up to date, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Our daughter, son in law, and 3 year old grandson stayed a half of a week with us. It was convenient for them to stay on the first floor. The location was very quiet yet very accessible to the beach and the boardwalk. You will definitely enjoy staying here!

Fun week at the beach!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. The house was impeccable and the access to the beach and boardwalk was so easy. Point Pleasant Beach is a very walkable community. Lots of ice cream and restaurants within a short walk of the house. The train station is 1 mile away and we took advantage of the commuter train to NYC's Penn Station one day. Downtown PPB is also an easy one mile walk. Lots of cute shops, a grocery store/dollar general, an amazing ice cream shop (Hoffmans) and even more amazing italian grocery store (Joe Leone's). Great week!

Excellent Beach Vacation Home

My family just returned from a week at the shore and we are so happy we found this home. Vincent's place felt like a home, not a rental. It's beautifully renovated and maintained, the location was perfect (2 houses away from the beach and boardwalk, and away but close enough from the boardwalk festivities), and Vincent was very responsive and helpful with our questions and needs. We are from NJ so we've been down the shore often and are so happy to have now found this wonderful place!

Your family will love it here.

Your family will love it here. Excellent location just two houses from the beach. Modern renovation in a classic beach cottage neighborhood. Master bedroom is good size with beautiful built in drawers and walk-in closet. Downstairs bedrooms are a little small for two adults but good size for children. The kitchen and rooftop deck are outstanding, well stocked with cookware and tableware. Entire home was clean and prepared for our visit and the owner is very nice to work with. Highly recommend this for families traveling to the shore.

Excellent location—Great house

This home is so comfortable and nice. Very updated. Stocked with everything you need. Super quiet location on dead end street despite being right at the boardwalk. Ocean view from upper deck. Great owner communication.

Post-Season Extended Stay

We took this current wfh time as an opportunity to enjoy an extended stay in Pt Pleasant! Just after the busy summer season while the water is still warm and the crowds are smaller was the perfect time and this was the perfect home with everything we needed to get away for a bit. Fun, clean property with entertainment amenities for all. Plenty of indoor space and sleeping options. Great location steps away from the boardwalk near the northern inlet side. Good seafood within walking distance and center of town is a close mile away. Roof deck has plenty of space to relax and spacious outdoor shower to rinse the gear. Drive way is a tight squeeze, but not a problem if you take your time. Responsive, helpful and understanding owners. And as an added bonus the Seafood fest was this weekend in town!!

Perfect Location

We just got back from a stay at the beach house, and loved it! Vince is a great host, and was happy to answer questions before our stay. We had rental items dropped off before we arrived since we had two young children. It was looking like it might rain, so Vince brought our crib inside to keep it dry. He goes above and beyond for his guests! The house looks brand new and was spotless. The best part, however, is the location! The house is on a quiet street within walking distance to everything. The boardwalk and beach are steps away, rides are a 10 minute walk, several great seafood restaurants are a 10 minute walk, shops and restaurants in town are a 5 minute drive, plus there is a great pizza place at the end of the street. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will be back next time we're in Point Pleasant.

Only a few steps from Boardwalk & Beach

So many OTHER rentals in this price range were OLD & WORN. Not the cute “shabby-chic” style, but frumpy-dumpy. But this little house was new looking, clean & fresh. The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances looked brand new, beautiful tile selections for both bathrooms, and the outdoor shower was sparkling clean and large. (Sadly, the weather during our stay was on the cool side, so we never did get to use it.) Almost all the other homes on this little street also look like they’ve been rebuilt in the last several years. Only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 for location, is because they’re pretty close in there. I was a wuss about backing into the end-to-end space for 2 cars, between the homes, and had my husband do it each time. But the convenience to beach, restaurants & attractions was awesome!

This place is FANTASTIC!

Exactly as advertised! Communication with the owner could not have been better. The place is spotless. There was more than enough room for the five of us. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. All of the appliances are new and top of the line. The rooftop deck and grilling area are an incredible bonus. Add to that that the boardwalk/beach is a one minute walk away! Book this!!!!

Vincent was amazing. Was available for anything and everything we needed.

I couldn’t have asked for one thing more to make a better vacation or experience. The house was a little gem. It was stocked with everything we needed and so much more than expected. The little beach details were so charming. The house was bright and cheerful and brought us so much joy.

The house was fantastic!

We loved the house. My wife and two boys stayed for the week and absolutely loved the house, amenities, and location. Not to mention it was spotless. You also have a great view of the fireworks. Vincent was very responsive and always helpful. I would definitely rent this house again.

You couldn't ask for anything more.........

From the start Vince, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions. Upon check in the house was incredibly clean. It is updated and beautifully decorated - it was as if you were home, you weren't missing anything, no detail or amenity was left out. The pictures on the website were 100% accurate. The house was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our 3 teenage boys. Dining out on the upstairs deck with cocktails was the perfect ending for each beach day. The proximity to the beach was perfect and convenient. There is not one thing that I could ask for that this home didn't provide. Thank you Vince and Wendy for making our stay spectacular!!
