Designed for a romantic escape or a fun getaway with friends, this open-concept loft features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a stylish living room with a sleek black sofa, comfy armchairs, and a Smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Other Things to Note:

- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic.

Great location, clean and tidy. No problems.There are no windows which was a bit weird to get used to but that also helped keep the crazy outside noises to a minimum and offered complete darkness for sleep as a trade off.

Perfect location a few steps off Broadway!

We loved this clean and quiet stay!This is the perfect location if you are flying into Nashville with limited luggage. We were coming in from a road trip and had a lot of luggage and things to carry up to this 2nd floor walk up. There is no parking on site, so it was a bit of a struggle to get settled in. That’s on us… the property is awesome!The amenities are nice and the bed was fabulous! Slept like a dream! We would stay here again if flying into Nashville.

Prime location

This spot was just lovely! Right in the middle of all the action, but somehow still nice and quiet. Space was fantastic and well-equipped. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. Communication with management was easy and quick. Would def stay here again!

Came in town to see PJ. Never been to Nashville. Location was perfect and Doc Holidays next door was a bonus. We felt safe and secure our entire trip. Such a short walk to every place we went. Will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend getaway, the property was clean, very secure and around the corner from Broadway. Parking garage was easy to access with a short walk. Great view of the river!!

Great location

We stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert at Nissan stadium. The location is perfect as we were able to just cross the river and be there. If you plan on going out at night this is a perfect spot. The host was super friendly and helped out very much with any questions I had during the booking process. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Amazing Property Manager

I stayed here during for a work event after opening a new restaurant on Broadway and it could not have been more perfect. It was so convenient for small meetings with colleagues. It was some how so close to everything yet perfectly quiet to get things done. Shannon, the property manager so so helpful and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier and was so grateful for this property. I was pleasantly surprised how large the living space was and the table was a perfect dining or work space. I would recommend for personal and professional stay for sure.
