Cleaning: Our professional cleaning service ensures the home is spotless for each new guest. If you’re staying for an extended period, additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.

No smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fee of $200 will be applied for any evidence of smoking inside the premises.

No pets allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are brought onto the premises.

Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $50 fee will be charged for excessive noise or complaints from neighbors during these hours.

Maximum occupancy: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. An additional fee of $25 per person, per night will be charged for any extra guests beyond the maximum occupancy.

Damage to property: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest`s account accordingly.
