Centrally located yet peaceful, this sun-drenched home offers the perfect base for your Boulder stay. The house features a large yard, easy access to trails, and a bright, welcoming feel throughout. You can walk to CU Boulder and Folsom Field, bike downtown via the nearby bike path, or cross the street to access the Mesa trails and hike all the way to Chautauqua.
The home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable visit. Recent updates include a brand-new kitchen, laundry space, and a newly added second bathroom. Because this is my primary residence, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, cozy spaces for movie nights, and high-quality bedding designed for great sleep.
The spacious yard is ideal for relaxing or gathering, featuring a covered patio with a large dining table that comfortably seats 8–10, along with a comfortable outdoor couch seating area — perfect for meals, morning coffee, or unwinding after a day on the trails.
For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated home office setup with everything you might need. I also prioritize a non-toxic living environment, so the home is free of heavy scents and harsh chemicals. I also have a house air purifier and infrared sauna (available upon request).
Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors, visit CU, work remotely, or simply relax, this home offers a thoughtful, comfortable, and well-located Boulder experience.
