Located right on Lake Dillon and within walking distance to town, the Dillon Amphitheater, and canoe rental shops, this 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests (with two additional sofas). Just 7 miles from Keystone Ski Resort and 15 miles from Breckenridge, it’s the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures.

PLEASE NOTE
• This home does not have air conditioning. As is common for homes in the mountains, AC is rarely needed due to the mild summer climate. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural cooling.
• Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home.

This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house.

OWNER’S NOTE
This is not just a rental—it’s the owners’ cherished second home. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, was chosen with intention and care. Much of the décor was handmade or created by the owners themselves, who are local artists. Guests are invited to enjoy the space with the same appreciation and respect that make it feel so special.

Our group absolutely loved this house. Lots of space, and it was well equipped from the kitchen down to the game room. The location gave us wonderful lake views and put us in the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding area. Looking forward to coming back again sometime!

Large clean open home on the water. Spread out and relax. Mountain and Lake Dillon views. Large deck, walk to the marina, great hikes, paved bike trails right out the garage. Shopping, day trips. Pool table, sauna. We want to bring our family back for another week or long weekend.

Overall stay was excellent! The house has everything you need! Location is great and easy to access paddle boarding, and the Dillon Amphitheatre. The front deck is an excellent place for enjoying conversation and relaxing while looking out at the lake.

This house is perfect for a large family like ours (6 adults, one adolescent and one child). The location was particularly good, as we had direct access to the lake (although the lake was low) with our kayaks and paddle board. We were supplied with everything we needed: plenty of kitchen equipment, modern appliances, comfortable beds and all the comforts that make this house a real home. The disposition of the rooms worked well to provide privacy for everyone. The sauna and play room were a plus. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and generous. All in all, an excellent experience for all.

Lovely home with a breathtaking lake view. Every amenity you could ever need or want. Sits in a Bay Area on the lake that is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming or kayaking. Great sandy beach for young children to play on.Close to restaurants and shopping. Could not have been more pleased with this property. Would definitely stay again.

This house is super unique. There is a lot going on inside the house (artwork, objects, books, collectibles, etc) so just know that going into it. It’s a great location with easy access to the lake and we enjoyed being able to rent some kayaks/paddle boards just around the corner in which the host provided us with a discounted gift card to use with that company which was very nice. The back patio is great for hanging out on and watching everything going on. The host/property Manager (Courtney) was wonderful to work with and made everything easy to stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer.One thing that really stood out was how family-friendly the home was. There were plenty of toys, games, and activities that kept our six little ones entertained throughout the trip, which was such a huge bonus.The host's communication was exceptional from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We were even given two kayak coupons, which was such a thoughtful touch!When we arrived, we were welcomed with a basket filled with Prosecco and snacks, which immediately made us feel at home. It's clear that the host genuinely cares about their guests and pays attention to the little details that make a stay special.Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home, a great location, and an amazing host!
