Nestled in a row of brightly colored beach houses on a quiet cul-de-sac, this Harbor Island home is ideal for a family vacay or a group getaway to the shore. With an unmistakable beachy vibe, this charming oasis has everything needed to feel at home during a holiday by the sea.

With convenient covered parking for 2 cars (one covered, one in the driveway). On the first floor, guests enter the home up a flight of stairs and into the light and bright living space. Creamy neutral walls mix with coastal-inspired furnishings and artwork to give the space a refined yet casual atmosphere. Wide windows with plantation shutters offer direct views of the ocean.

The kitchen features crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. A dining table has seating for up to eight people, making it the ideal spot for your group to gather together over freshly flipped pancakes in the mornings as you plan out your beach day.

Even with all the comforts of home inside, the sound of the waves, swaying palm trees, and fresh ocean breezes will draw you outside to the deck again and again. A row of Adirondack chairs beckons you to sit down, relax, and stay a spell. It's the perfect spot to linger over a warm mug of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Shipwatch Beach House sleeps 8 people across 3 spacious bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom- First Floor
King Bed
The first-floor primary suite features a luxurious king-sized bed and a separate entrance onto the front deck. The private en suite bath is lovely and bright, with a seafoam green color scheme.

Bedroom 2- Second Floor
This bedroom has one queen-sized bed and direct access to a second-floor screened-in porch with ocean views.

Bedroom 3- Second Floor
The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds, allowing for plenty of flexible sleeping space. There is also direct access to the screened-in deck from this bedroom.

Between the two upstairs bedrooms is another full-sized bathroom that can be accessed from the hall. Each of the three bedrooms has a flat-screen television.

At Shipwatch Beach House, you're only a few steps away from sandy toes. There are three miles of pristine, sandy beach to explore just outside your door. The rolling sand dunes, swaying sea oats, and salty waves are home to pelicans, egrets, herons, horseshoe crabs, and dolphins. And as a guest of Harbor Island, you have access to three sparkling community pools--located just 75' from the home--as well as tennis courts, a putting green, and a workout center just a short walk away.

The community pools on Harbor Island are open from April 1 - October 31st.

Harbor Island Owners Association requires a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island, and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
