This is our second time to stay at granny's at the beach, and we absolutely love it! The house is always clean and the furniture is comfortable. The close proximity to the beach and access to a private pool are wonderful! The hosts always communicate quickly when we had questions and are super friendly. Looking forward to staying again sometime :)

Granny's at the beach was just as expected from the name. A nice homey place within walking distance to the beach. Great patio/pool area plus fishing pond. We had a great time and hosts were awesome.

Incredible Stay

As soon as we stepped inside Granny's Beach House, we could feel the love and legacy of her family. From the sweet antiques around the house to the family pictures on the wall, we knew there were lots of memories here. We made our own family memories this week and will always book Granny's House if we are back in PCB. Beds are comfy, house was clean, host was very responsive, the pool was amazing, the view was gorgeous and the beach was a very short walk. Thank you Granny's family for opening your house.

I really want to say this place is amazing! It truly felt comfortable and like we were part of the family! This place is way closer to the beach then the pictures show and early in the morning you can sit in the backyard and hear the waves. All the kids hung out in the living room and the adults in the sitting room and it was perfect! The backyard was beautiful and the listening to the frogs in the evening was so cool, this was a true vacation of relaxing in a comfy home with great friends. We have already said we would rent this place again in a heart beat!

Located in the tranquil west end of Panama City Beach, Granny's House is a dreamy brick 3BR/2.5BA home just steps from the Gulf.

Granny's kitchen has all the essentials needed to make your favorite meals. Whip up a homemade meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Or discover an array of restaurants within easy driving distance.

LIVING AREA

The light-filled living room is the social heart of the home. Coastal accents add a touch of style, and a smart TV sets the scene for cinematic movie nights. The plush furniture set includes a sleeper sofa.

A bonus seating area overlooking the pool is a great gathering place after a meal or to take a break from the Florida heat while still enjoying the lake views.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed. The en-suite bathroom features a bright double vanity and a walk-in shower.


A queen bed can be found in the second bedroom. The kids will love the third bedroom, detailed with two bunk beds overlooking the lake and Gulf.

The guest bathroom upstairs is configured with a tub/shower combination. There is a half bath downstairs in the main hall for the convenience of all guests.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax and enjoy the breeze on your private patio, a comfy lounge area.

An outdoor shower in the fenced backyard is handy for rinsing off after sun-soaked beach days.

In the winter months, you can choose to have the pool heated to 90 degrees for a $25 turn on fee and a rate of $20/day. There is NO HOT TUB only a poolside seating area, there are NOT jets on the sitting area.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, books and games, and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Feel free to fish in the pond behind the house. Lots of fun Bass to catch.

Parking is available in the driveway.

A short drive to 30A attractions which gives an appealing location between Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach, while allowing a more modest and not so busy area. our beaches are open to the public without restrictions.
