Escape to this cozy beachside studio, just one block from the sand! Perfect for a relaxing getaway, it features a private yard with a grill, a kitchenette, and a comfy one-bedroom, one-bathroom setup. Whether you're here to surf, soak up the sun, or explore, this spot is the perfect retreat.
This ground-floor studio is thoughtfully designed for comfort. The main space includes a plush queen bed, a small dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with essentials (mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven). The bathroom is modern and stocked with fresh towels. Step outside to your private yard with a grill, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze!
Guests have full access to the studio, private yard, and grill. Parking is available on-site or nearby.
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.
Bike and scooter rentals are also available!
Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 5 minutes to the sand!
This studio is on the ground floor, with an apartment above. If you're sensitive to foot noise, let us know—we have other great stays in the area!
