The Space:

Skyline Estate combines two uniquely designed units into one spacious retreat, offering a perfect balance of modern elegance and retro charm. Please note: There is no internal connection between the two units. Guests must access each unit separately through their respective entrances. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the expansive backyard with panoramic views, this home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable moments.

Step into bright and open-concept interiors filled with natural light from large windows that frame breathtaking city and mountain views. Each unit offers a uniquely styled living room—one modern and sophisticated, the other with bold retro flair. The main level features a Smart TV and sleek contemporary furnishings, while the lower level embraces vintage charm with a record player and nostalgic décor.

🍽️ Kitchens & Dining

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Enjoy a full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and cooking supplies. Spacious dining areas provide the perfect space for shared meals, game nights, or simply enjoying the view.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
