Welcome to this gorgeous newly remodeled fourth floor/penthouse, gulf-front condo on Eastern Lake Road on charming Seagrove Beach, just minutes away from Seaside in the Commodore Retreat
Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee on our oversized private balcony while you watch the sunrise over the water…one of our favorite things about our condo is the spacious balcony overlooking both the dune lake and the beautiful Gulf! We have a dinning table for outdoor dining and 3 Summer Classics lounge chairs to make it easy to enjoy the sun plus 2 captains chairs which we use to enjoy the view!! Perfect setup for families!!

Unmatched Location for all to enjoy leisurely days at the beach, with private access to the water plus you can explore nearby Eastern Lake for some fun blue crab hunting. Included in your stay are 4 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Just walk down to the beach and relax.

This top floor/Penthouse Condo at The Commodore Retreat which only has 4 floors is located on the end unit offering added privacy and amazing views!! It has been totally remodeled with shiplap everywhere and fresh white paint and updated furnishings with everything you need for a relaxing stay, from comfortable seating to a well-equipped kitchen. All new bathrooms and a new kitchen with new appliances and Viking cookware. Making this a wonderful fun place to stay!!

We also have 2 comfy areas in our condo to watch tv. One area is our cute den and the other is our playroom with lots of games, toys, puzzles, and books to read.

Such a beautiful renovated place. Perfect location and view of the beach and ocean. Also had reserved beach set up with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas available everyday. The hosts were extremely hospitable and available to answer any questions right away.

Perfect ocean front. Love the roof too. Super clean. The floor plan, design, interior updated and exceptional. Attention to the small details that make a trip memorable. The bathrooms were roomy and well appointed. The host did a great job of communicating with us. You will be thrilled with this property. Great Getaway

It was so clean and spacious. I loved that there was a washer and dryer. It is literally right on the beach with an amazing penthouse view and balcony. Super close to restaurants and shops, but has a very fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own meals. Highly recommend! Great vacation!!

The Best Spring Break!

We absolutely loved our time in Seagrove at Commodore’s Retreat! The condo was beautifully kept with so much space for our 3 children to relax in between beach time. Communication with hosts was so easy and made for a seamless checkin and checkout experience! The condo had an amazing stocked kitchen that we fully utilized for meals in. We hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Views

We loved the condo. Everything was perfect. The view from the balcony is unlike any other. We spent a lot of time out there. It’s a very short walk to the beach and there is a wagon for hauling all the beach necessities. It is a very calm a peaceful area. Just 2 miles to Seaside. The condo very clean and spacious.

We are so happy y'all loved our condo!! That is what is so great...you are so close to shopping and lots of restaurants, but it is not as crazy busy as some other areas even when it is crowded. Our beach is right there or stay on the balcony and look at the water and sun on the deck. It is one of our favorite parts...the balcony. It is so peaceful!! The pelicans fly right over the balcony too! It is just so amazing!! We also love comfy cozy beds and linens...we bought all new mattresses and bedding for a good nights sleep!! Thanks for loving our condo! We hope you come back soon!!

Penthouse 30A

10/10 recommend staying at this beautiful condo. We did a girls trips and the condo was perfect for our needs and sleeping accommodations. It was easy to find and the check in and check out process was simple. There were many restaurants, activities, grocery stores and shops nearby within driving distance. The condo was beautiful, clean and had amazing views! Our host was very responsive and so sweet. Taylor made us a cute basket for our trip! The pool was clean and not crowded. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Lovely place

The condo is lovely the beach is private. The owners were so kind and helpful. The balcony was so relaxing we spent so much of our time out there anytime of day. The pool isn’t handicap friendly unfortunately. I fell on the ramp to the pool, only was able to swim once in a week.Thanks for the lovely ice cooler. All and all a nice week and the wonderful relaxing views.

Amazing Location!

This was the perfect 30A location. We loved being right on the beach! The huge balcony with excellent patio furniture was perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset or just hanging out listening to the waves. We also loved having access to the lagoon area. It was a perfect floating pool if the waves got a little too strong. Tons of children really enjoyed this area. The condo was beautifully decorated and the prefect size for our family. We would love to return again! Taylor was also an excellent and very communicative host! Thanks for having us.

Beachfront condo

My family and I (3 adults, 1 teen, 2 younger children) had a wonderful time. The location of this condo cannot be beat, the view from the very large terrace of the emerald water was spectacular. The condo was very clean with very comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. The area is very safe and family friendly, with tons of restaurants and shops within walking/biking distance. The hosts (Taylor and Steve) were extremely responsive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Girls Trip!

Absolutely perfect! This condo was perfect for our spring break girls trip with our teenage daughters. The three bedroom and three full bath layout was exactly what we needed. This condo is conveniently located between the Big Chill and Seaside which is exactly where our girls wanted to be. All the furnishings were super nice, fresh and clean. The kitchen came with all the necessities we needed. Our favorite part was the very large patio that directly overlooks the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to booking it again next year.

Perfection on 30A

This was an incredibly appointed luxury condo right on the beach with easy access to everything on 30a. Taylor was more than a hostess, she was like our personal concierge providing great recommendations for all of our needs. The condo has everything you need, but this isn’t your average VRBO accommodation- we’re talking luxury bedding and towels, fresh flowers on the dining table, and TP you can’t see through . The only negative I can think of is that everything on 30a is super expensive, but that was sort of expected.I cannot recommend this place enough. The private beach and lake swimming were the best Florida has to offer - soft white sand, clear blue-green water, absolutely gorgeous! You also get to see the sunrise AND the sunset.

Stunning condo and the best ocean views! Everything is brand new and straight out of a magazine- true luxury. The beach can’t be beat since it’s a private section with easy access and a very short walk to the water’s edge. It was really nice having the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up for us every day. Taylor is the sweetest and most accommodating host! Response time is always less than 5 min, and she has great suggestions for just about anything you could need.

Hi,
My name is Taylor Sullivan Irwin. I was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. I love sweet tea, my family, the beach, and God...maybe not in that order.
I moved to the beach with my 3 babies plus our fur baby Tucker and later added Lulu both rescue puppies. I raised my babies in this wonderful beach town called Seagrove!! I reconnected with Steve Irwin (my husband) after lots of years...we met when we were 14 at Young Life...he had a crush on me for all those years, and I never knew it until we reconnected. God has great plans!! Now I have 5 children ( 2 bonus boys), and a wonderful loving husband.....my life is extra full of love!! Hope yours is too!! xo- Taylor

The reason we bought this condo was the view from our balcony is amazing...even more special to us b/c we can see where we got married from both our balcony and our master bedroom.

We love the location...right on the beach close to the lake and close to where we got married! You have your own private beach plus beach chair setup ( 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas ) is included…. Just walk down to the beach and relax!!
