- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 9 AM (please respect our neighbors)

- Driveway parking (4 vehicles)

- There is a $150/stay to turn on the pool heater. The temperature is controlled remotely by the owner.

- Please remember and observe the county regulations that prohibit more than ten people (over the age of 3) sleeping overnight, and that limit the maximum number on the grounds at any one time to 16.

- In the spirit of sharing homes with one another through sites like Vrbo and other booking sites, it is crucial that we treat each other's homes as though they were our own. If we treat the homes, the local resources, and the neighbors with respect and consideration, this wonderful experiment of sharing will succeed. If we do not, then our regulatory agencies will work to make it impossible, our rights as homeowners will be limited, and our choices as guests will be minimal and costly.
