Other Items to note:
● Guests are REQUIRED to register with Arrowhead Lake Community and pay the transaction, gate card, and temporary membership fees REQUIRED to obtain access to home and community. We will process the registration and all payments will be requested through the booking platform. Guest will check-in the community office before arriving at the home to obtain gate and amenity access. Failure to complete and pay for registration will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
MANDATORY Fees are as follows:
Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per car
Temporary Membership Per Person (age 6 and over):
- $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025)
- $2.00 daily off-season - April 15, 2024 to May 22, 2025 and After Sept 2, 2025
Additional $100 FEE for late registrations or last-minute bookings made less than 4 days prior to check-in (Community Policy)
NOTE: The Administration/Transaction Fee is non-refundable regardless of a cancelled rental registration. Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the request to cancel the rental registration with ALCA is received not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. These fees are charged separately as the platform does not have a way to calculate the fees based on the number of guests that are 6 years and older or the number of vehicles.


● Guests will have access to the entire home and property aside from the garage and one locked closet.
● Guests are welcome to use the lake at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision. Please note that while you have access to the lake, there is no dock.
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● Driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles
● This is a NON-SMOKING home, if smoking of any kind occurs in the home there will be a penalty of $250
● Security deposit & signed rental agreement required. Kindly complete rental agreement within 48 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled without refund. *View “House Rules” for additional details.*
● Age & Occupancy Restrictions: This property can host a maximum of 12 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. Additionally, as per Tobyhanna Township regulations there is a strict minimum age to rent of 25
● Dog fee is $75, with a max of two dogs. Note that pets must be added to your reservation, or the fee will be taken out of your security deposit. No cats allowed.
● Amenity details
POOLS - Open in Summer only. Pools will only be open on weekends until mid-June when they will be open daily, staffing/weather permitting.
LAKES - Open for boating (and swimming) however, the water is still very cold. Anyone on a kayak, canoe, paddle boat or boat less than 16 ft in length is required to wear a life jacket.
BEACHES - Open in Summer only. Swimming is at your own risk.
RENTAL SHACK - Open in Summer only. Open on weekends until mid-June when they will be open daily, staffing/weather permitting. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, bicycles and sports equipment can be rented.

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
