Situated perfectly, Tropical Sands is an easy stroll to the grocery store, pharmacy, Anna Maria Island shops, and Manatee Beach Cafe, where you can dine casually with your feet in the sand. And with an Island Trolley stop just moments away, the shops, restaurants, and excursions of Pine Avenue, Holmes Beach, and Bridge Street are well within reach.
Tropical Sands is the ultimate in sophisticated relaxation, decorated throughout with the tropical colors of the island. Kick back on the common third-floor balcony with seating for 6, or your deck off your bedroom. Dine in the poolside lounge area abounding with tropical plantings, or take advantage of the 360-degree views from the main living floor located on the top floor of the 3-story home. The open floor plan is perfect for keeping your group together while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen, with plenty of room to dine in the formal dining room for 8, seating for 5 at the bar, and seating for 4 at the informal game table. The Queen ensuite bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, tiled glass door shower, and private deck. The third bedroom provides two twins with a tiled glass door shower and a private deck. The twin beds can convert to a king (extra fee) with a Tempur-pedic® topper. Linens provided are all Cuddledown® premium hotel bedding for a fresh and clean bed every time you stay.
