Nuestra Cocoa Beach Villa es ideal para familias y parejas! Un montón de espacio para estirarse y relajarse. Muchas comodidades como la lavadora / secadora, cafetera Kuerig, fogata, patio, sofá cama, extra grande cocina totalmente equipada y pisos de madera.
Actualizado baño de granito y cocina.
Cómodamente puede dormir 8 o 10 con dos sofá-cama con un montón de espacio para vagar! Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes alquilar bicicletas se puede montar alrededor de Cocoa Beach en, o caminar a la mundialmente famosa del centro de Ron Jon's Surf Shop.
El alquiler de la villa incluye acceso a la playa desde el otro lado de la calle en nuestra propiedad del resort. Las cubiertas y las hamacas hermosas le saludan con la brisa del océano. Sillas mecedoras para su comodidad! Disfrute de la salida del sol por la mañana sobre el océano, es una cosa que no debe perderse! Relájese y disfrute de Cocoa Beach de la manera en que estaba destinado a ser.

Mostly Good Stay

Overall the house we stayed in was very nice and the location was great for the beach and visiting downtown Cocoa Beach. If anything they undersell it online. Everything was great with our stay except we were concerned when we noticed the owners or the rental company had entered the house twice without notifying us when we were out for the day. The first time we noticed because a light that wasn't working when we got there started working again. When we checked in with the office about this they said they had maintenance come in but they did not notify us at all. Someone ended up coming in a second time without notifying us when we noticed a baby chair that was in one of the rooms was randomly gone when we got back one day. These two occurrences were concerning to a group of college girls for safety reasons because we never knew when or if they were going to enter the property. Overall great house but we were very put off by the unannounced visits. This should be something that is discussed or disclosed about the property before booking the VRBO.

What a Treasure!

With less than a week before the scheduled launch of Artemis, we decided to go watch history being made. Of course, every hotel and VRBO was sold out within 25 miles of Cape Canaveral. Except this place. The listing looked nice but why was this place available? Could it be herds of cockroaches? Is it a crack house? How many people have been murdered here? When you pull into the driveway, you can see it's an older home with a relatively fresh coat of paint, but that could have been used to cover blood splatter. Then you go inside (I went in first just in case a Hannibal Lecter type was waiting for us) and holy cow what a treasure this place is. It is extremely clean, the furniture looks new. It is deceptively roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. Despite the home being on A1A, there is no traffic noise. The beach is wonderful and less than a 2 minute walk away. The decor has an artistic touch and although my taste in art involves a painting of dogs playing poker it was the perfect touch of detail that made this a very nice stay. Unfortunately, the launch was scrubbed and I now have very expensive pictures of the sunrise. However, we enjoyed our stay and give this place our 100% recommendation.

Not as pet friendly as it seemed.

Although the property itself was pet friendly the associated resort was not. We couldn’t take advantage of the beach view from the rocking chairs to watch the sunrise or use the lounge chairs because we couldn’t have our dog there. I wish this would have been stated when reviewing the listing.

Lovely spacious house

Perfect house for a getaway. We had several family members coming into town and the house made it easy to gather together as well as have our own space when needed. Loved it!

Best house we've rented

I cant say enough about this house. We absolutely loved it. It was a short drive to restaurants and gift shops, and we had beach access just across the street. It was so quiet and clean! This is probably the best house we've rented thru VRBO. Will definitely be staying next year!

Honest Review

This property had good points and bad points. I will provide an honest review of both starting with the good. As the listing stated it was a short walk across the street to the beach which was very nice. There where beach items available for use which we also enjoyed. As far as the property it is need of some basic upkeep and cleaning. The property is old, which is not a huge deal, however the bathroom door handle was basically falling off (so I hand tightened it). Some of the dishes were extremely dirty. Ice maker didn't work so we had no ice. Had to go buy it upon arrival. There was a lot of dust and dirt around. There was hair on the sheets. (We bring our own sheets when we travel as this is common in hotels and such). The back bathroom shower was slow to drain (so we plunged it and it helped). The water from the shower seems to flood the floor in the back easily. We placed a towel to help. There was black mold in both bathrooms. All of these are easily rectified by the owner with a little time and investment. We were only staying for 2 nights so we made it work, however we would not rent this house again. We were really frustrated us after seeing the requirements for leaving the property. We paid a cleaning which is typically required, however being asked to strip the sheet from the beds and basically clean the property was a bit excessive. You can stay in a hotel and are not required to do anything. What made it worse is that in the back bedroom upon stripping the sheets we found what appeared to be feces or chocolate smeared on the mattress. It did not even appear that anyone attempted to clean the mattress prior to our stay. If the sheets are always required to be stripped then this problem was surely seen before. Knowing that it was slept on for 2 nights was rather disgusting. I did take pictures of all of this for documentation. I would share them here if it gave me the option. I did not have any communication with the property manager. We arrived after 9pm the first night so basically we were only at the property 1 day. The cost is over priced for 3 rooms as we could have rented 3 hotel rooms (Yes, i did look while at the property), for the same cost and not had to strip the sheets or deal with plumbing issues, dirty dishes, or the house falling apart. If these items were rectified and the house thoroughly cleaned then it would be more in line with expectations.

Our family loved staying at your place in Cocoa Beach. Everyone the we came into contact with, including your neighbor was so nice and welcoming. When we arrived the lady was still cleaning, however she was polite and even gave us a tour around so that we knew our way around not only the house but showed us how to get over to the beach and where she would be if we need anything. We were a little bummed out that the house wasn't right on the beach. From what we thought it was on the beach- however we just had to walk across the road and down a path to get to the beach. They also had some outside showers to rinse off from the beach ( huge plus) . Our stay was amazing and we even stayed another night. We tried for two extra nights, however, they had someone else that was checking in. We blame ourselves for that, but we really had an amazing time. The rooms and size of the house, it was a lot bigger then I thought that it was going to be. There was a lot of room and the privacy was great too. The back yard was amazing and private as well. Though we did not have a fire like we intended to, we did have the choice to have a private fire with just us which was another amazing feature of this amazing home. We also were able to share the back yard with some wild life while we were there. We had a bunny that visited several times a day and also some lizards. Our youngest daughter, whom is 3 just absolutely. We would not hesitate one renting this property again. There is plenty of stuff to do in this area as well as pretty good food. We loved walking on the beaches and collecting shells. I really don't think there is much more I can say or try to talk up this place but if you are going to stay in this area or looking for a beautiful place to stay with walking distance to the beach you should check this place out. The house was very nice and accommodated our group perfectly. We were surprised that items like paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags were not supplied, and by the list of ‘departure tasks’ (quite a bit more than most properties we’ve stayed at) but for a short stay it was fine.

The property was ok, there is someone living in the small shed in the backyard so it was awkward...

The housekeeper, Lovee, was from the "resort" across the street, she was watching TV, the Simpsons to be exact, when we arrived at 3pm. I mistakenly thought check in was 3pm, it was 4 pm. She shut the door in my face and told me to come back at 4pm. When we returned at 4pm she was still watching TV and was bold enough to leave an envelope for a tip. She arrived on our departure day at 10am, my contract said check out was 11am, and told me that "the next guests are here and you need to leave." I went to the office at the "resort" across the street who was very nice and agreeable. She stated that we could leave by 11am and apologized for Lovee's behavior. The house itself was ok. The toilet in the master bath doesn't flush right, the dishwasher was super loud. The beds are ok. The décor was ok. And --- the yard was full of weeds and stickers. Walking 'across the street' to the "resort" and the beach was easy enough. However, the pictures seemed to suggest to us that the pergola, hammock, grill, etc is in the back yard when it is actually a picture of the 'resort' across the street. I use quotes in referring to 'resort' because there is an old kettle type grill and another grill that is similar to one you purchase at Walmart. The beach is well groomed, if you don't mind the earth mover and trucks going back and forth moving large pipes - watch your children. I have rented houses from VRBO and Home Away several times and usually the house has a notebook or some kind of info on the house, local restaurants, etc. Not here. We did our usual housekeeping before we left, took out the trash, started the dishwasher, stripped the beds and swept the floor. Rating the house itself - 3 stars Rating the interaction with staff - minus 3 stars Rating the accuracy of the pictures you see - 2 stars (FYI there were no pictures of the actual house on the website when I booked. That's why I thought the outdoor pics were associated with the house itself.) I would recommend the house itself if you don't mind walking across a very busy street to get to the beach. The house is about a mile from shopping and restaurants. I, however, will be looking at different properties next time we come to Florida.

Great weekend getaway

The house was clean and bigger than expected. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the little extra touches of amenities. The resort to see the sunrise and have a fantastic time at the beach was lovely. Will be back another time to meet up with our kids.
