Great home

The home was just as stated. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was open. The bathrooms were simple and clean. We were a bit taken aback by the location of the home which was sat squarely in a commercial area. There were hotels across the street but neighbors to either side were all commercial. It is located on the strip of land between two one way streets towards the end of the division. It is only a block from the beach, but you must cross a busy street to walk there.The home was located just blocks from where we needed/wanted to be so it worked well for us.

Slightly odd, but wonderful!

It used to be a business property, which made it a little different, but the location and the layout worked perfectly. Extremely short walks to the beach and great food spots, and it had everything we needed. All-around great experience.

Clean and Well Decorated, Busy Location

I should preface this with the fact that we were not familiar with the area of Cocoa Beach - the property was located in.Based on the photos, we weren’t quite expecting the location. The photos show lawn chairs out front of the property entrance, but when we pulled in at 9pm at night we were surprised to find it was a commercial property refurb, with the entire front of the property being a paved parking lot.The interior was exactly as shown in the photos, but since the property was in a predominantly commercial district right by the road and busy sidewalk that it felt like being in a fishbowl when the shades weren’t all closed.The property was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. It was generally spotless, with the exception of one bathroom smelling slightly.

Good location

Stayed the weekend to meet a friend and this was an easy half way point. The weather was cold so we weren’t going to the beach but it’s a quick walk away. In nice weather the beach would have been easy to get to. Really liked the place, nice area to relax in and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfy.

Great getaway

Great beach house with direct beach access across the street, cute shops and restaurants all within walking distance, including several surf schools offering lessons. The home included all things needed for our family’s brief getaway and the beach gear, bikes and games were an added plus. Definitely recommend!

Wonder home, perfect location.

The home is wonderful and as described. Fantastic location directly across the street from a public entrance to the beach. Easy access to all activities and restaurants. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and made sure that we were aware that their was going to be a shuttle launch during our stay. The home was roomy, comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had our dogs with us and the back yard was fenced and they really enjoyed their vacation also. Very nice place and we'll definitely stay again.

Great communication

Renee was great! Communication was on point 100% The house was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed. Downfall for me was I was travelling with dogs and the town is not so dog friendly so that was a huge let down. The beaches have limited hours of when dogs are allowed on beach and the beach access for dogs was at least a mile and a half up the road. I was a little disappointed because of that. Not Renees fault - just didn't do my research of the area. Also, Oasis Shaved Ice is a must...!!!!

Wonderful spot

This property was exactly as listed! The interior was modern, beachy, and cozy. The location was perfect for beach access and walking to downtown, with great resturants within 1 tenth of a mile. I dropped off my mom for a cruise and stayed here for the week and it was perfect distance from the port! The host was wonderful and communicated above and beyond! Highly recommend

Off-season House Hunting

The location is great, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots. The accommodations are excellent for a family or two couples, bathrooms were large and having access to beach equipment was a huge plus as we flew in and didn’t have beach chairs. Would stay here again.

We lived Cocoa beach and love the cottage style house. Steps from the beach as advertised and walkable to other restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back here.

Beach break

We had a great time at the beach . The home is super clean, well stocked kitchen and beach chairs, towels, umbrella and more are all provixed. Loved our stay.

Beach Weekend

Stayed with my 2 adult children, house was wonderful, had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet. We had an absolutely great time. Would recommend and would stay again.
