Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
Everything sits on a single level with no stairs, so moving through the home is easy for all ages and mobility needs. The main living area connects naturally to the kitchen and flows out toward the backyard, making the whole space feel open and easy to navigate. A TV, comfortable seating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace are all on hand - useful whether you're planning tomorrow's itinerary or catching up on something while the kids wind down.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds. The king master suite has its own private bathroom and direct access to the pool area - a detail that earns its keep on warm mornings. A second bedroom is fitted with a king bed, a third with a queen, and the fourth is a themed bedroom with two twin beds, designed with younger guests in mind. Every bedroom includes a TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for group cooking without the usual chaos. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all here. Breakfast is provided each morning to get everyone fuelled before the day starts. When the mood calls for it, take things outside - the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are ready to go.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is anchored by an inground pool and spa, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area arranged around it. Spa heating is available for an additional fee - a good option if you're arriving in the cooler months or want flexibility with early-morning or evening swims. A set of bikes is available for exploring the local area, and lake access is reachable via a nearby path for a quieter afternoon away from the parks.

Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a dedicated game room stocked with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. It's the kind of space that earns its keep well beyond pool hours - competitive enough to keep older guests entertained, and a natural gathering point when the group comes back in for the evening.

Family-friendly features
Families are well looked after throughout the property. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all available. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces to retreat to, and the themed bedroom adds an extra layer of fun for the kids. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable across all seasons. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all present.

Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival simple. Free parking is available on-site and on the street. Guests have access to nearby resort facilities. The home is pet-friendly, long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an additional cost.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
