Just outside of Downtown and near the Legacy Trail, with electric bikes available to add, this home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street, only a quick 15-minute drive from Siesta Key Beach.
With its light and breezy decor, sparkling heated pool, and spacious backyard, this home makes for a perfect getaway.
Spend your evenings relaxing poolside on the lounge chairs or day bed, playing games on the patio or trying to chip on to the floating green!

Some days you will not want to leave the house! The patio area includes a heated pool, outdoor games, and a grill and a floating chipping green! Lets be honest, your short game needs help :)

The Master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a rain shower perfect for after a day at the beach. This is the perfect spot for a couples getaway or a family vacation!

ELECTRIC BIKES: For liability reasons the electric bikes can be added as a separate rental after booking. This rental is $65 per night or a $520 flat charge if your stay is over 7 days and includes 2 electric HeyBikes for the duration of your stay. These bikes have travel about 25 miles per charge with a top speed of 20MPH.
If added, a separate liability agreement will be sent along with the codes for the bikes. These are so fun for the Legacy Trail!

A Few Additional Notes:

1. Please respect the neighborhood quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM

2. Pool Heat: This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 15th through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The temp is set to 80 degrees (or around there). Pool heat does not mean the pool water will be hot it just makes it a comfortable temp to swim in.

3. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

4. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
