Welcome to Condo 32, a recently renovated 1,250-square-foot, ground-floor ocean view walkout, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With all-new designer furniture, art, and modern appliances, this stylish retreat is just steps away from the turquoise waters and white sands of Seven Mile Beach.The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the secondary bedroom features 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have Sony flat-screen TVs. The fully-equipped, immaculate kitchen offers sleek stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, an island with bar seating for 3, and an adjoining dining area for entertaining. In the living room, a large sectional sofa invites you to relax in front of the wall-mounted Sony flat-screen TV, while the private, covered patio extends your living space outdoors.Enjoy all the comforts of home, including complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, cable TV, beach towels, parking, local phone calls, a Google Home, a Nest thermostat, and 7 Sonos speakers located throughout the condo.Please Note: The management of this condo association does not allow diving gear to be dried on the patios nor inside the condominiums at any time, therefore, only divers that do not bring their own gear are allowed to stay in this condo. Comfy, clean, great location!

Well appointed, beach chairs and umbrellas appreciated. Sliding screen door needs a bit of attention and room darkening drapes in bedroom would be our only suggestions. Nice to walk across the road to beach and see sunsets. Overall 5 stars!

Light and breezy

Condo is an end unit with lots of windows that open for fresh air and no need for air conditioning with just the ceiling fans. The beach is right across the street - a 2 minute walk. It is a busy neighborhood, but also has a lot of amenities, including a natural food store within walking distance. The condo was furnished with everything we needed.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was a nice retreat for us . We arrived sick with Bronchitis, which was too bad. It was nice to have the condo to cook up some homemade soup and sit and relax to get better. Luckily we had 3 weeks to enjoy the area. We would love to return and hopefully it will be soon. Thanks to the Armstrong’s

Comfortable stay, great beach location

We felt very much at home, with comfy bed, couch, and lanai. The corner unit allowed good air flow, while the 2 a/c units worked well when we needed them. Can't beat Kihei for a wide range of eating choices. The beach is literally across the street. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would stay again. Thanks!

The perfect place for our Maui stay!

We absolutely loved our condo in Maui! From boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, to a well stocked kitchen, Laurie and Bill have thought of everything we could need/want for our stay. We especially appreciated the cooler and ice packs to take our own drinks/food to the beach. With being the end condo, we had a breakfast each morning on the balcony for a beautiful start to the day. Thank you for creating a beautiful home away from home for others to stay!! We will be back!

Great location, good host. A bit dated

The location is fantastic! Across the road from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. The only minor negative is the property is a bit dated and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Maui trip 2023

I found our stay to be good, had all the comforts of home. Close to all shopping and good eating areas. Close to the beach. Found you could hear other peoples conversations, downstairs and next door Though no fault of the owner, we found the rooster’s to be very noisy all night long, bring ear plugs. Overall it was a good location.

Perfect Condo

The whole process was perfect from getting our preferred weeks booked to our final day there, Bill and Laurie are exceptional hosts with a perfect condo right in the very heart of Kihei. Location is everything and this place has it all from restaurants to shops to beaches, all are so close by you can walk to them all in minutes. Highly recommend this condo if you want to be where all the action is.

Enjoyed our vacation in Kihei

Condo was perfect for our vacation home away from home. Really appreciated the location close to beaches, shopping, surf lessons, massage, and good food. Condo was clean and had beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available for our use. Mahalo, Laurie and Bill!

Good place to stay

The property was beautifully flowered and maintained. There was adequate off street parking, nice pool, clean shared barbecue and close proximity to a nice beach. Traffic was occasionally heavy but manageable. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Great location, had an amazing time despite a lot of rain!

We had a great time despite the rain. Truly a short walk to the beach. Friendly atmosphere around the community. Right next to several shopping centers where we enjoyed delicious cinnamon rolls, fish tacos, drinks, coffee, and shopped souvenirs. General store right next to the unit sold everything you'd need. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming when we could. Only issue we had was we couldn't seem to suppress outside sound enough to not get woken up by roosters in the middle of the njght, but that's not the host's fault, I would simply recommend ear plugs if you're staying here (if you're a light sleeper). The hosts were also easy to communicate with us and addressed our check in concerns right away. Wish we could go back with better weather, but we made the best of our time there exploring the beautiful island.

We enjoyed our stay here! One minor thing is the roosters that woke us up at 5am but wasn’t as bad once we closed all the windows on the second night (could still hear them but not as loud)

Anniversary trip

Condo location is perfect. 2 minute walk to beach, food and entertainment . Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Owners super nice. I would definitely book this Condo again.
