Las comodidades del hogar son suyas para disfrutar en este bien equipado condominio frente al mar de 2 hab / 2 1/2 ba. En solo 40 pasos del condominio, estará en la arena y a 400 pies de una de las mejores secciones de 7 Mile Beach. (Cuando la empresa seleccionó una playa para la escena de playa de Tom Cruises ... estaba frente a nuestro complejo. Y cuando Sports Illustrated llegó a Gran Caimán, filmaron en nuestra playa. No hay césped en la playa, ni rocas ni orilla de hierro para maniobrar ... simplemente hermosa arena blanca. ! Con solo 45 condominios que comparten este prístino 400 pies de playa, disfrutará de un lujo excepcional de huéspedes de baja densidad en el área de la playa. Mucha sombra, tumbonas y espacio personal en la playa. Nuestro condominio cuenta con 2 habitaciones muy amplias con techos abovedados, 2 baños completos, 1 medio baño, sala de estar con comedor, cocina muy bien equipada, TV por cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix y HBO. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados con una hermosa piscina climatizada y una linda cabaña con una mesa de ping pong, biblioteca de préstamo y máquina de hielo comercial. La ubicación es excelente. A 15 minutos a pie de la playa de The Ritz, el Westin y el nuevo Kimpton Seafire Resort; todo con muchas instalaciones para comer. Justo al norte hay un divertido chiringuito, Calico Jacks, con las mejores piñas coladas y toboganes de lodo de la isla. También puedes caminar a varios restaurantes. Disfruta de nuestro condominio como tu isla lejos de casa. Antes de su llegada a nuestro condominio, le enviaré una bolsa de mano con una gran cantidad de información de Caimán escondida dentro ... lo que seguramente aumentará su entusiasmo por sus próximas vacaciones. Fantastic location and property! Absolutely loved the beach and pool. We did not have a car, but taxis were easy to get. West Bay and Georgetown had lots to offer. I would highly recommend this property and the owners and manager were very accessible! We had no issues whatsoever and will gladly go back!

The place is nice and well equipped. The beach is great and there are private beach chairs and umbrellas. Great place to stay when visiting Grand Caymon.

Perfect spot!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners sent us a kit to help prepare us for our stay. Everyone was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place has a gorgeous view of the beach as well as the well manicured grounds. It is not too crowded but there were several families throughout our stay that the kids played with. The location is easy to get to and close to all the things we wanted to do. Definitely would stay again!

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

2 moms getting away with their 13 year old daughters for Spring Break. The condo feels like a home! Location is great. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. Owners very responsive! My daughter so loved the primary room, she wants to redecorate her room when we get home!

Relaxing on the beach

If you like great ocean views, white sand, crystal clear warm water, long walks on the beach and perfect Sunsets then this is the place.

Great location and condo

If you are looking for a quiet place with the best beach, you have come to the right place! The condo is steps from the water and the beach is uncrowded. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The condo is fully stoked and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious unit, well appointed with essentials. View and location were amazing! Pool was great and warm. If you like close to action, but private and not crazy busy like the large hotels- this is a great choice!

Amazing condo, perfect beach

We loved our stay here and hope to return. The beach is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. The condo has everything you need including a beautiful view. There is an added bonus of daily fresh beach towels and twice weekly cleaning. The owners provide a ton of info before your trip and are helpful with any questions. They also have a closet full of fun beach stuff.

Great Condo & Great Location

This condo was an amazing stay for our family. The location and accommodations were fantastic. Owners sent us a packet of information and goodies to improve our stay. Beach was amazing and pool was awesome. I would recommend new cookware, the Teflon pans were a bit iffy. Otherwise everything else was perfect, and we had everything we needed.

Excellent condo with great owners

We just completed our stay at Jon and Carol's condo and had a great time. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers and everything else in the condo is exactly as described. This is also a great location on 7 mile beach that has not been affected by erosion as some other areas south. We would 100% recommend this unit if you are having a difficult time deciding.

Best Spot On The Island!

Everything about our stay was five stars. The condo was immaculate, stocked with every comfort of home and then some, the location perfect, close to everything but still felt like a private paradise. We are already planning a trip back and no question this will be where we stay. Thank you Jon and Carol for all the extra touches, like mailing a welcome packet several weeks before our trip, your excellent recommendations for things to do on the island and closet full of beach gear. Our trip was nothing short of magical.

Just amazing

This gem of a place was well situated on the west bay. It is clean and actually larger than the pictures. Jon and Carol are excellent hosts and even sent us a package of tips and tricks of the trade only a local could know. We loved our time In the caymans and this lovely condo was a big reason why — steps to a heated pool and a white sand beach! With little kids, this was essential!

Loved Caymans and Jon and Carol’s great condo!!

This was such a great experience. Jon and Carol are so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is just what we needed! Great location, clean and loved we had bedrooms upstairs so boys could have some privacy! The condo was well appointed and has a great ocean view. Staff around the condo was great and the grounds were very neat and nicely landscaped. We will definitely come back for our next Cayman trip.

Great place!

We loved this condo! It’s the perfect location on the beach and lots of space on the beach so you’re not crowded in like the hotels. The public beach access is right next door, but the cruise ship people stay on the public beach side. My kids loved having a pool right by the beach and played ping pong in the pool house. We rented jet skis next door at the Kimtpon and ate at the Cocoloba there for lunch which was nice and easy! The condo is clean and all we needed! The only negatives were the matresses were all pretty squeaky and we did not shower in the master bathroom shower. There was no water pressure so we had to all use the other bathroom. All in all we had a lovely stay and would come back!

There is only one place to stay in the Caymans...

...and it's here. My wife and I with our 3 1/2-year-old and seven month old kids stayed here for a week. We had plans to drive all over the island and see all the sights, but we ended up staying here on 7 mile beach and this condo pretty much the whole time. There really is no need to go anywhere because everything you need is right here. The most pristine beach you've ever seen is steps away, and when or if you get tired of that, there is a pool right behind you. If you get tired of that, there is a Cayman sea turtle center 5 mins up the road, restaurants up and down the beach, and shopping five and 10 minutes away in Camana Bay and Georgetown. There really isn't enough to say about the place other than it's perfect and we're gonna be back next year.

Grand Cayman and our complex has so much to offer! One of the best deep sand beach location on 7 mile beach with no boulders , iron shore or beach erosion Just a beautiful sand entrance to the water!
Our complex is poured in place concrete construction.. very quiet between units.
