It's a lively area, so expect noise from the nearby restaurant. A great value for travelers who want convenience and coastal charm! Just a 6-minute walk to the beach!

- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests
- 1 bedroom w/ Cal King bed
- 1 separate studio w/ 2 twin beds
- 1 shared bathroom (located in primary bedroom)
- The spacious driveway accommodates two cars parked front to back. Free street parking is also available if needed, but it can be limited during busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Spacious front yard

- The separate studio with 2 twin beds requires separate, outdoor access
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
