We had a wonderful stay . The only issue was someone took our parking spot in the guest lot . We had to pay for parking in the public parking lot for the week.

The Condo was wonderful except that the fridge and freezer were not turned down before we got there so it took days for the refrigerator to work so we had to buy ice and a big cooler to use for 2-3 days. The was a big nuisance. The condo pool is way too small but we did get to enjoy the pool a little. The balcony is wonderful & big! table outside to fit us all and the table inside could fit us all as well. Beds were comfortable and condo was decorated beautifully. Once they got the 2nd elevator fixed then the trips up and down were very fast- both elevators were very fast. Walking distance to a delicious ice cream shop, good breakfast buffet & a few shops! We had a wonderful time!

Broken chair, remotes rarely worked to the tvs, needs some updating from everyday wear and tear. But those are minor flaws, compared to the property management being completely rude and calling the cops on multiple occasions for “music playing”, our kids passing ball, and children playing/laughing etc “too loudly”. It was exhausting to constantly feel like you had to tip toe around instead of enjoying your vacation. I really wanted to like this place. The location is great! Elevators were fast, parking could use a change, but overall if it wasn’t for the property management being super uptight, we may consider staying again. Otherwise, I will never book at Ocean Ritz again.

First off I’ll start by saying the views from the room and the size of the balcony was incredible! The unit itself was nice but needed some minor cosmetic stuff done, transition strips from the rooms to the bathrooms were all damaged and falling apart, broken chair to the dining room table, tv remotes barely worked and had missing backs! As far as Ocean Ritz property, it does not have an Office, the parking was absolutely horrible, parking garage is so tight you can’t maneuver around inside. Multiple people hit the walls inside the garage due to it being so tight. Also the elevators were a nightmare, 2 elevators for the entire Ocean Ritz property, we waited multiple times for 15 mins waiting for an elevator in the scorching heat as well as the elevators not having air as well! Our group had a blast while in PCB but the Ocean Ritz property itself will keep me from ever going back!

Overall it was a poor stay. We arrive after a 12 hour drive to the unit completely covered with floor fans and de humidifiers. We were told that the air condition had an incident. The floors had water come out when you walked around in the left side of the condo. No one would come get the equipment until our last day. We stayed 7 nights. I asked for a better condo with no response. Communication was horrible, no one would respond until two days later. The elevators and parking is terrible. We were guaranteed two spots to park, one at the condo and one in over flow. We had to pay for parking for the week. The beach is amazing but condo is terrible. You have to use public beach access after 10. You can’t get back into your condo area cause they close the pool down.

Very unhappy

Our original condo was under construction so we were moved to “upgrade at no cost to us” not an upgrade at all our original condo had 4 bathrooms 4 bedrooms with 2 king 1 queen and a room with multiple bunkbeds with full size!! We had 8 adult! The description of the condo was misleading. It said it had a pull out sofa in the mother-in-law suite which would’ve worked out even though we lost a bathroom there was definitely not a pullout sofa in the mother-in-law suite. Asked for a few items on Monday was told they would be dropped off the next morning never received any of them.the main bathroom would not shut all the way or lock! 2 grown men had to sleep in twin beds cause there was no extra pull out!

Not as Expected

1. The unit is dingy and grimy, needing a complete overhaul. It’s both greasy and gritty, a difficult combination.2. The place is in disrepair. The walls and fixtures are dirty. The bathtubs are stained with dirt, and cabinets are dirty. 3. Despite all tile flooring, no vacuum is provided. You’ll either wear shoes constantly or deal with sandy feet, clothes, and beds.4. The freezer is unusable because the refrigerator is too large or too close to the wall, preventing the freezer door from opening more than a few inches.5. The property has only two elevators. We waited OVER AN HOUR to reach our room at check-in due to their slowness and crowd size. Mid-stay, one broke, leaving one elevator for the entire property, with 10-15 minute waits per trip.6. Without a unit parking pass, and with limited spots in the bottom or “overflow” lot (about 15 spaces), expect to pay 85 per week to park a block away and across two lanes of traffic. The location is good, but the rest could use some work. Overall, the unit feels dirty and old.
