Punahele Penthouse Condo se convertirá rápidamente en su lugar favorito para alojarse en Kailua-Kona. Punahele Penthouse está en el séptimo piso (superior) del hermoso complejo de condominios Kona Ali'i, ubicado en el corazón de Kailua-Kona. ¡Estás a una corta distancia a pie de muchas atracciones, restaurantes / bares y tiendas! ¡Al lado hay incluso un pozo de arena de voleibol! Un corto paseo de aproximadamente 2 cuadras hasta el Farmer's Market y Kona Inn Shopping Village y aproximadamente 4 cuadras hasta el Palacio Hulihe'e y el comienzo de la famosa carrera Iron Man. Host did an outstanding job of making sure we were well informed. Property has a million dollar view from the front Lanai. Beds are comfortable and the Grill down by the pool area worked well for grilling stakes

Our stay here was amazing. The unit had everything we needed from cooking to beach supplies. The view from the lanai was breath taking. Restaurants and shops were right below us and we were only a couple minutes away from the snorkeling adventures we had. We will definitely stay here again if we come in the future.

We had an incredible experience at this beautifully decorated condo in Kona! The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The lanai was our favorite spot, offering stunning sunset views and a refreshing breeze every evening. The owner was exceptionally responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Hawaiian adventure. Highly recommend!

View from the condo is just amazing!! You can sit on the lanai for hours!! The condo is very clean and a perfect fit for our family. Convenient to shops & restaurants, can easily travel to all sides of the island, and provides all of the amenities needed for the beach.

Great communication with owners.Cons: Tight parking for larger trucks/SUVs, loud vehicle engines/music in street below periodically interrupt tranquility, minor maintenance issues with blinds/patio door locks. Pre-cooling unit prior to check-in would be nice.

Wow, loved this place! Very clear directions on getting to the unit and how to access the property. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Having all the beach toys and accessories really came in handy too. If you’re staying in Kailua-Kona this is the best location, close to tourist shops but also regular grocery stores. 100% recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was exactly as listed. Easy check in, fantastic location in Kona, and fully stocked to make your holiday comfortable. Loved the lanai, beds were comfortable and I would stay here again anytime.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The view was great, space was clean and plentiful! Really enjoyed the slowed down atmosphere of Kona and did a ton of exploring the island with this as our home base.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the Punahele Penthouse. The view and ocean sounds from the lanai were incredible. The condo is in a perfect location to explore Kona and the island. The condo is stocked with everything you would ever need, including beach gear. The condo is cared for by the owners, we felt so welcome it was like we were renting from family. Thank you again, Diane and Brett, we can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect choice for our vacation. The condo was comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to unpack and relax. With the reserved parking spot, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and wi-fi we had everything we needed to live comfortably and come and go easily. The location is an easy walk to some great restaurants and shopping. The closet full of beach supplies was especially helpful for our trips to the beach. When we were not out exploring the island, we especially loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The only thing better than a great condo? Wonderful owners. We reached out with a couple of questions, and found the owners to be responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond in providing us with some great tips about favorite beeches, dining, and other activities on the island. Thanks for helping make this a fantastic vacation for my family.

Best location in Kona!

Amazing views from this condo! We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and just listening to the waves. The spotting scope was great for observing all the boat/swimmer traffic in the bay. Thouroughly enjoyed out stay.

Where to start. This place was amazing. Brett and Dianne have thought of everything for this condo. My wife and I stayed from 11/5 - 11/14/2025 to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We arrived and stopped at Costco on the way to stock up. Then proceeded to the condo, where via shopping carts between the parking garage and the elevators we got everything up to the top floor. All instructions were clear, the place was immaculate, and we were immediately struck by the spaciousness of the place and the view from the lanai. Our hosts had macadamia nuts next to the binder that explained everything you would need to know about the place, including how to use the remote controls, deal with the trash, and suggested activities. The kitchen had virtually anything you would need, was appointed with the nicest appliances I've every used. The Laundry room had high end front load washer/dryer with clear instructions tapped to the front. The bedrooms, Master and Loft had high thread count sheets and bedding, TVs mounted on the walls, split A/C systems, and all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star hotel. My favorite place became the lanai. We could sit at the high top table and watch the dolphins and swimmers in the bay with the binoculars/telescope, eat our meals, or sit in the reclining chairs and have a cocktail all while listening to our favorite Pandora station (Chris Rea Radio) on the Sonos speakers. We highly recommend this place. 10/10.

The penthouse at Kona Ali’i was more than expected. Spectacular views from sun up to sun down, well appointed accommodations, top rate location, and perfect hosts. We wished we had booked this spot for our entire time on the island! Such a sweet spot!
