Absoluto condominio frente al mar de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en Casa, # 138. Disfrute de puestas de sol durante todo el año desde su terraza y delfines y ballenas en temporada. Comedor de teca en el lanai más dos tumbonas. En el interior encontrará una cocina de granito remodelada con un fácil acceso al comedor frente al mar. GRAN sala de estar con 2 sofás (uno es una extracción) y televisión por cable también ofrece increíbles vistas al mar.

Good location, close to town. Property is nice for a home base that's more reasonable than some other properties that would be considered more on the luxury side, but the grounds are well maintained and the place well-stocked, so no complaints (except maybe no AC in the bedroom and a very loud fan ticking :-) Overall, really enjoyed our stay and had good communication with the host.

It was great ! Great view, suited us just fine. Only complaint was you don’t always get a parking spot most nights we had to park way upfront out of the gates. It’s can be a walk especially if your hauling luggage. For the money I’d think you would have a place to park. But other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Kids loved the pools. Sunsets are amazing and you have a front row view.

The location was fantastic. The condo was clean and the welcome note on the platter on the kitchen bar w/Hawaiian cookies and coffee on it was special. A couple things that needed attention were handled immediately and with kindness and courtesy. It was a great week! We'll likely stay here again in the future if it's available.

This condo had the ve4rybest view ....... ever. We saw dolphins almost daily, we saw whales, we say a reef shark and many birds. Great location.

The house is nice. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is about 50 years old and the paint is all chipped. It looks really terrible. They need a few large pans, there is nothing to cook pasta in. The location is great and overall we really enjoyed it. It just needs a little care.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this oceanfront unit. The location was perfect — being right on the ocean was a major highlight. The saltwater pool was enjoyable, and we appreciated having access to the grill on our first night. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a short stay.There were two minor hiccups during our stay. We didn’t have WiFi the first day; however, the host was very responsive and quick to troubleshoot the next morning, which we appreciated. There was also noticeable foot traffic from the unit upstairs at times.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Mahalo!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless and very well kept, with plenty of extra towels provided. The grounds were quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent—close to everything, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets every evening right from the property.The showers were large and comfortable, and we never had any issues with parking. Great location, directly on the oceanfront. The complex is a bit dated, but the unit was remodeled and in decent condition. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels and a good amount of beach chairs and toys. The parking situation isn't great. There are 3 or 4 spots directly next to the unit but were never available our entire stay. In fact, we were never able to park inside the gates at any point during our stay. We had to park out in the liquor store parking lot. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.Communication was bad. Both the microwave and oven were not working from day 1. We received a text from the management company asking us how our first day was, I responded by informing them the ovens were broken. No response. On the final day of our vacation, they told us they would send somebody over to repair. Obviously too late to help us but hopefully the next guests enjoyed the microwave popcorn we left behind!

We love Casa de Emdeko and this stay was no exception. From first light to sunset, our stay was lovely. Kitchen well appointed (byo oil, spices), comfy beds. Fyi - for us tall people, be aware the ceilibg fans are within arms reach in bedroom & bath.

Oceanside and a great location

We loved this place. We could hear the waves at night. We weren't far from Lahaina. And the community there was very friendly.

We have a Casago Kona office in town at Hale Kona Kai between the Royal Kona Resort and Kona Reef. Please come visit us when in town, we love to share our aloha with guests from all over the world. Call or stop by for restaurant recommendations, itinerary advice, directions and more. Our office has shelves of books and we welcome you to take and leave books during your visit. Even in paradise things stop working and we strive to replace or fix those things in a timely fashion for you. All of us at Kona Now live on and love our island and we look forward to sharing that with you.
