HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking or vaping inside the home. ($500 additional cleaning fee if we detect any kind of smell)
The base price includes up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge per guest thereafter.

POOL
=================================
This home has a heated in-ground pool.
Our pool operates for about 8 hours a day, with the heater set to 86 °F (ca. 30 °C). During the winter, we kindly ask that the pool cover be used at night to conserve energy, as running the heater overnight is inefficient. If you’d like the pool heated longer or warmer, there is an additional fee of $20/day. We can't guarantee reaching or maintaining the target temperature.

Note about heat pumps: Pool heat pumps typically operate effectively in outdoor temperatures above 45°-50° Fahrenheit (7°-10° Celsius). Below these temperatures, their efficiency may decrease, and they might struggle to heat the pool efficiently.

Cleaning:
The pool is maintained by a professional pool company once a week. Please keep the screen doors unlocked during the days.

Note about cleaning: We do not know the day of service and do not service the pool before every guest's arrival. Hence, if your check-in falls shortly before this cleaning day, and we hosted previous guests, the pool might not be as pristine as after a service, but is still safe and usable.

AC System:
The home is equipped with a central AC system. We kindly request that you do not lower the temperature below 72 degrees. Please keep all windows and doors closed when the AC or heat is on.

Home Services:
Pests, Lawn, Tree, or other maintenance services might stop by unannounced to service the outside property.
While we strive to conduct preventative maintenance and schedule repairs during vacancies, there may be rare instances when we need to enter the home for necessary repairs. In such cases, we will contact the guest to arrange a convenient time. We reserve the right to enter the home anytime for emergencies.

Garbage:
Garbage collection occurs on Wednesday. We kindly ask guests to place the bins by the road the night before pickup.

Gas grill and propane bottle provided.
Guests are responsible for refilling propane if it runs out or is empty.
Grilling utensils and wire brush provided.
Please clean the grill with the wire brush after each use.

HOME INFORMATION:

If you need a baby crib or a high chair, please reach out.

The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, crockery and kitchen accessories, towels, linens, beach equipment, hairdryer, and bedsheets.

There is a very limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Usually enough for 2–4 nights. Please bring more of these supplies for a longer stay.

Sorry we do not offer any special decoration services or flower or chocolate arrangements.

PARKING:

Reach out to see if the garage is available for your stay; otherwise, only parking on the driveways is available.

The host is not responsible for any damages to vehicles or guests' property while at the home.

Reach out if you are planning to bring an RV, trailer, or boat to find out the parking possibilities, if there are any. Cape Coral has strict parking regulations and high fines for unauthorized RV, boat, and trailer parking on residential lots.

Early Check-In Policy:
・ Check-ins before 10:00 AM require booking the previous night.
・ Check-ins between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM are subject to availability and can be guaranteed for half the daily rate.
・ Free check-ins between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM depend on availability and can be scheduled the day before arrival.
Late Check-Out Policy:
・ Check-outs after 4:00 PM require booking the next night.
・ Check-outs between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM are subject to availability and can be guaranteed for half the daily rate.
・ Free check-outs between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM depend on availability and can be scheduled the day before departure.
