Gran vista al mar. Unidad final con una gran ventana adicional que aporta mucha luz al comedor y la sala de estar. Sillones muy cómodos, estampado tropical en sofá de mimbre. El trabajo de arte es muy hawaiano. Cama King en el dormitorio con cama queen hide-a-bed en la sala de estar. Grandes televisores de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio. Bonito condominio, bien equipado.

Reviewer Comments: Even though unit 152 is dated and could use some updating, it is still one of the best located condos.Some of the kitchen supplies were lacking, but over all, we enjoyed our stay. The Hale Kamaole property is wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual, the grounds are immaculately maintained and we love all the facilities. The unit is in need of some updating however. This is our third time staying in this particular unit (we love the location). There is carpeting in the living room area that appears stained (we actually had the carpet steam cleaned by your trade person last time we were there). The dishes are getting quite beat up and there is very little cutlery available in the unit. The door to the patio has never lock

Loved the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ground floor was excellent and had no trouble finding parking nearest our unit. Unit was at the far end of development and we spent most of our time on the lanai because of the great view. Near pool and bbq and enjoyed both. Could use more shade by the pool as there were only 2 large umbrellas. Excellent maintenance of the grounds. Bed in the unit was very comfortable and air conditioning ok but noisy. This unit could benefit from updating of the decor but we were outside most of the time. Got shade on lanai in the morning until about 1 or 2pm. Also could use a deep cleaning. Screen door very noisy. Had all the beach extras we wanted - chairs and umbrella. I would definitely come back to this complex but would choose a more updated unit.

The property description was accurate and we enjoyed the pool and local beaches you can't beat South Kihei and Wailea beaches for swimming and snorkelling and watching turtles. There are many restuarants near by as well as a quick Uber to other restaurants in Wailea. Fabulous comfort's of home. Thank you!

Condo was adequate, it met our needs. Could use some updates but that doesn't affect basic needs. Appliances are older and difficult to operate. Dryer would not work. The grounds are lovely and the complex is across the street from the beach. Enjoyed our stay but would not rent again.

Great location and unit!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole. The complex is very well maintained and has great amenities. The unit has an amazing view of the ocean and very close to the pool and bbqs which was ideal for our family. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and the storage cupboard on the patio has enough beach items to keep young kids entertained. The unit could use some more beach and shower towels but other than that it had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay.

Perfect spot to sit outside as the complex bbq smoke didn't reach us and we were very close to the pool. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and good restaurants nearby.

The rugs are stained, THE FRIDGE makes so much noice you can’t sleep at nite, we had to ha e the screen door repaired, & the sliding door as they were out of the track! Only 1 blanket for the bed , used our beach towel for living room pull out bed! Had to ask for a dish rackFor kitchen. Surprised that there is no lock on outdoor cupboard, 3 satisfied with stay,3 general cond.5 property location 3 for cleanliness check in ect 4

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed at Hale Kamaole and 2nd time in unit #152. The complex property is very well maintained and is as described on the website. Unit 152 is a great location close to the BBQ and pool. It could use a bit of TLC especially the stained carpet. We had a few ants, but not a big deal, there was spray in the cupboard. The owner supplied a great selection of beach gear! I would recommend this unit. We enjoyed the Redline whale watching tour which departs right across the street at the Kihei boat ramp.

Cute But Tired little apartment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, closed to nice places to eat, and shops. But the apartment needs new appliances and furniture. If possible take out the carpet floors would be better. The bed was ok, but the rest of the furniture is old and it gives it a smell of old wood.

The carpet in front room was very spotted and looked bad. Both tv's outdated, unable to stream. Back bedroom tv sound volume has a mind of its own. The view made all little things ok. Overall this unit is a good condo with one of the best views, saw countless whale's right from condo.

#152 Review. A condo with a great view, but in need of updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival these issues had to be addressed: the bathroom door and the laundry door wouldn’t close and the bedroom needed a new stopper. The washing machine needs to be replaced. Even after Nathan supposedly fixed it, I still couldn’t get the starting dial to work and had to use the machine behind the tennis court. There were ants in the kitchen The bathroom needs updating.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. Was very convenient for us. We grilled outside for thanksgiving dinner. It was nice to open the blinds and see the water and enjoy the view. The batteries on the remotes were out which was a little annoying but that’s a small complain. I loved that there was laundry soap just wish there were more trash bags for our stay. Overall we loved the Unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Hale Kamaole over the last 20 years. This is the first time staying in this unit and we loved the location to the pool. The unit was nice and had everything we needed. There was a ant issue in the bathroom and kitchen. The one major complaint we had is it seems the locals are allowed to use the pool. There were 2-3 days during our 9 day vacation that one of the employees had their family members using the pool which was not one or two people, there were a lot of kids and adults (8 plus people). They were not welcoming and many of the vacationers were not able to use the pool while they were there.

Perfect spot for a getaway!

Lovely, well-appointed unit just across the road from an excellent public beach. Perfectly located to catch ocean sunsets from the lanai! Would highly recommend.

It was more like staying at a friends home, it was so well equipped with everything you need and more. A lot of very nice touches, and being a cook, I can honestly say, the kitchen had everything you need and more! Bed was comfortable, the furniture and decor updated and clean. The location was fabulous and the view even better! Oh, also people in the other units were very respectful of the other guests as far as noise. I hope to be back soon

Reviewer Comments: Stayed for one month in #152 it was a great condo. Everything we needed was there to use (beach supplies were a plus). Location of condo was fabulous, caught a lot of sunsets from the lanai. Few minutes walking distance to beach. Restaurants were in walking distance. Plenty of parking onsite. We did have to drive to local supermarket. Our toddler loved the pool and lawn area to play. Pool and bbq area only feet away from the condo. Overall we had a great time in Kihei at Hale Kamaole we do recommend and will stay here again.

This particular unit needs some TLC and updating! The microwave and kitchen lights could not be used at the same time or they would short out! Reviewer Comments: Could use some modern decor & maintenance updates, but location can't be beat, with amazing ocean and sunset view even from inside the condo! Condo was bright, clean and comfortable with air conditioning in bedroom AND living room, although bedroom A/C and microwave can't be used at the same time without throwing the breaker. Comfy bed and plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Well stocked kitchen, the only things I found lacking was a cookie sheet and casserole dish.
