Condominio en planta baja completamente actualizado con vista al jardín, cerca de la piscina y los hermosos greens de la propiedad. Recién renovado con nuevos gabinetes de cocina y baño. Cabina de ducha de azulejos. cama queen size almohada superior en el dormitorio, y la reina sofá-cama en el salón. Condominio es agradable y la luz tiene un aspecto muy limpio. Bien surtido unidad. Recientemente añadido cafetera Keurig con café gratis. Televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas en el dormitorio y nuevo Apple TV con netflix gratis en la sala de estar.

We loved it!

We loved our time at Hale Kamaole and unit 142. The location was amazing- surrounded by so many beaches you can quickly and easily walk to. Gorgeous sunsets. The pools were great. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. We loved that 142 was on the ground floor and my kids it was so close to the pool! The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked.

Fantastic Stay

Nice condo

Great condo but unfortunately with an major electrical issue. Suddenly the main curcuit breaker turns off so that most lights are offline and you search in the dark for the curcuit breakers... In our case unfortunately we had some little issues like an missing wing on the bedroom fan. The condo is great for 2 adults...the bed in the livingroom can used by kids or teens for a sort time if stay. The location Hale Kamaole is a wonderful place. The beaches are near across the street ...just a 2 minute walk away

Return Vacationers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo complex before and every time the complex has met our needs. We needed to access unit early as we had to move from another unit. They allowed us to put our food into the refrigerator while the cleaning staff was there. Thank you for this. The condo itself was very nice and our time spent there was very comfortable. There were beach chairs for us to use and we noticed a lot of beach toys for kids as well as boogie boards (We didn’t use these). The sun screen on the lanai was a nice addition as it helped with the afternoon sun. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo Stocked with Everything You Need

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 6 nights in May and didn't want to leave this condo at the end of our trip. The location is great, unit is close to the upper pool and away from the street. The condo itself was very nicely renovated which made our stay very comfortable. Parking is close by and we never had an issue finding a spot. Kitchen is beautiful and had an ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge (which was important for my husband). 1 fan in the kitchen, 1 fan + 1 AC wall unit in the living room, 1 fan + 1 AC wall unit in the bedroom. The unit also had a few charging stations in the living room and bedroom with 4-5 USB ports in each, making it easy to charge all your devices. Everything in the unit was beautiful and functional. My only issue was the bed was too firm for me so every time my partner or I moved, we woke the other up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was exceptionally clean and recently updated. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Steps from the pool which was convenient with kids. The outdoor closet was stocked with everything you could want for the beach: umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, snorkels/flippers, and a cooler. We enjoyed being right across the street from Kamaole III. An easy walk or quick drive to breakfast and lunch options. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. Our only complaint was the WiFi was a little bit inconsistent and cut out somewhat frequently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nicely renovated unit, lots of beach towels and bathroom towels. Sheets on bed were not the greatest but everything else was awesome. The resident rooster on lanai was a bit of a nuisance, made a mess that was hard to clean without a hose. Propery Manager advised that it was our job to clean it up. The only cleaning supplies that were in our unit was a few lysol wipes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Oct/Nov 2023. We were surprised how quiet the complex was, loved the location, and enjoyed our stay in unit 142. We had two minor complaints - the Wi-Fi was spotty (couldn’t pick it up in the bedroom) and bandwidth seemed to be an issue (we were working remotely). Previous reviews stated the kitchen was fully stocked - I think that’s a stretch. We arrived to have ketchup, salt, and pepper. Historically when staying in units like this you expect a small cache of basic items like spices, oil etc. Overall, we would stay at this unit again.

3rd Time is a Charm At Hale Kamaole

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time at Hale Kamaole this year and while we usually rent another unit towards the south end of the property, Unit #142 was a pleasant surprise. The unit is nicely updated with comfortable furnishings, a stylish kitchen, modern bathroom, and cozy bedroom. AC in the living room and bedroom. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need with the exception of a frying pan splatter guard and a functional/small sized ice chest. Great view of the pool which was surprisingly quiet, convenient parking, and beautiful grounds from the lanai. It was just two of us, but this unit is set up to accommodate several people which is a plus for those traveling with kids or a larger party. Thank you for a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous condo, but too expensive for us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in unit 142 for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was very clean; has been renovated & furnished to a very high standard, is generally very well-stocked(piles of nice towels, dishes, but no matching wine glasses, a first world problem, I is also close to the pool and has a nice expanse of green grass off the lanai. We had no internet for the first two days, but the office staff were up to look at it within 15 minutes of our complaint; took another day for the internet provider to come. We would love to return there, but this is likely one of the most expensive 1-bedrooms at the HK(probably deserves to be), but we cannot afford it with our Canadian dollar.

Recently fully remodelled top to bottom and spotlessly clean. It is is not the best location in the complex, but the unit more than makes up for it.

We did have problems with the televisions. One probably due to operator error. The bedroom TV remote would not allow volume change so it involved using the buttons on the side of the TV to change it.Like the size of the rooms and the large park across the street.

Hidden gem with everything you could need

Reviewer Comments: What a hidden gem of a unit! Perfectly updated with everything you could need for your stay at the islands. Both the main bed and Murphy bed were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. The location was great and as close to wailea beaches as you can get. We walked to our dive boat meetup at the ramp and watched sunsets at the beach park. Maui doesn't disappoint!

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed this stay. Nice renovations. Everything was well kept and clean. They had everything for us to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation including beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear. Definitely will book again. I would say The only downside is to be charged of cleaning fee then required to do the dishes, the laundry and take out the trash. And then we felt rushed to get out of the place by the cleaning crew 20 minutes before checkout while completjng those required task. But we really enjoyed the stay otherwise.
