Nuestro lugar en la playa # 1 de Siesta Key está cerca del pueblo de Siesta Key, el centro de Sarasota, Lido Key, St Armand's circle y LongBoat Key. Te encantará nuestro lugar por la ubicación y el ambiente. LITERALMENTE a pocos pasos de la playa privada de Crescent (¡no hay que caminar por calles concurridas para llegar a las hermosas arenas de cristal!)

Perfect location, had no problem finding space at the private beach. The condo was very nice, updated and had everything we needed. Kim was very responsive and helped with all our questions. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation

The owner had everything we needed in the condo. She was very nice and was a great communicator. Everything was exactly as advertised and was super clean. The beach was just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again.

Last-Minute Find That Worked Out Perfectly

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a last-minute booking due to a change in plans, and we were fortunate to find it available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the unit had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and just the right size for our group.Communication with the host was smooth and quick. She was helpful and responsive from the start.The neighborhood was a little busy, and there was some nearby construction, but that’s expected in a beach town, especially at the start of summer and after last year’s storms. None of it took away from our experience. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Convenient location

Cute property with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, beach toys and wagon/umbrella, laundry on site, and super quick access to the beach. I will say the beach area is small compared to the larger owned condos this one is sandwiched in between, and there were people who set up canopies early AM and would just leave their stuff there until they were ready to come out to the beach. This blocked the majority area for us to have a good view of the water and kids. I think there is a rule to not set up canopies and tents past a certain point but this rule was not enforced. The trolley service is nice but some don’t have AC so we ended up renting a car, but it wouldn’t have been necessary if we weren’t so bougie. Owner is super nice and helpful. We will be back and plan on booking again

Wonderful Family Spring Break Getaway

I can't say enough great things about Siesta Key Beach House and our lovely host Kim. The place was great and it was the perfect amount of room for our family of 4 (kids 12 & 14). The unit was equipped with everything we needed, even a spare toothbrush for my 12 year old that forgot hers. The beach access was right nearby and the included wagon and cooler made toting down for a full day on the beach super easy. At night we would head to the Siesta Key village for great dining and live music. We got around the area using the local trolley and frog hoppers(small van/bus that works on tips only). One night we even hopped onto a karaoke bus which made for a fun ride back! I would highly recommended and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Sisters Trip

A tranquil and serene condo. Kim communicated so well before and during our stay. The place was clean and modern and all great little touches that helped us enjoy our time even more. Highly recommend!! This is a perfect location - close to public beaches but also the perfect private beach which was perfect for us!

Beautiful Condo! Close to beach.

Condo is very clean and comfortable with an updated beach feel. The owner lives nearby and is quick to address any questions. All hotel type amenities are provided as well as all kitchen needs, cleaning supplies, games, beach supplies, and more. The beach gate is steps away to a beautiful private beach area. We hope to come again.

We stayed here during a sister trip to Siesta Key. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything we would need. Cute costal decor. Just minutes to the beach. Kim was fast to respond when contacted. We would definately recommend and stay again!

Perfect Winter Escape

This was a girlfriend get-a-way. We were looking for the perfect place to escape the cold and snow. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The location provided easy access to the beach. It’s also a quick walk to catch a shuttle to the Village. The pool was clean and the temperature was comfortable. Kim was extremely responsive and pleasant from initial contact and throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the condo to friends or family.

Great Stay in Siesta Key

First trip for my family to Siesta Key. Great location and private beach access which was awesome for our kids. Short drive to many Siesta Key restaurants/shops as well. Kim is one of the best hosts we have ever met in terms of communication. Easy check in/check out and Kim helped us feel very welcome in the property and around the surrounding Siesta Key/Sarasota area. Thank you!

Siesta Key is Heaven!

Kim was the perfect host. We stayed a few weeks after the hurricane and she communicated with us every step of the way. Her condo is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay for a quick girls weekend for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The beaches on Siesta Key are gorgeous. Every part of this trip was perfect!

Sweet Retreat

This quiet oasis is very well decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and with all needs considered. From shampoo to coffee filters, cooler to wagon, Kim has thought of it all. Perfect location- just steps to private silky sand through a sea grape canopy. Kim treated me like a lifelong friend allowing me to use her vacation home. Great communication and family like hospitality

Responsive and caring!

Sadly our family vacation was during a near hurricane that changed into a tropical storm that involved torrential rain, flooding, and tornado. Therefore we really didn’t get the full experience of the location. This has no fault on this property or host. The host Kim was amazing before we arrive and during our stay. She has been the most caring host we ever had!! Property was clean and comfortable, highly recommend. We will be back Kim!

My favorite motto is " be the change you want to see in the world" it applies to so many things. I could never live without my family, a good dark roast coffee or the beach. We visit and use our beach place often, it is an extension of our home.

New to VRBO and Homeaway. After owning this unit for 9 years we are happy to reveal a complete renovation. We have taken all into consideration and bringing a new kitchen and bath along with new floors, paint and furnishings.
