Unidad 350 - 2 dormitorios y 2 baños Bay Side Interior Condominium

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el tercer piso se encuentra en el lado de la bahía de nuestra propiedad. El lado de la bahía tiene una piscina, jacuzzi y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte del golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. Estas unidades de dos dormitorios duermen un máximo de cinco personas. El cómodo dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales. Hay un sofá cama desplegable en la sala de estar que es de matrimonio. El baño principal y los baños de invitados tienen combinaciones de ducha / bañera. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio tiene azulejos en las áreas comunes y las habitaciones tienen alfombras. También hay un patio al aire libre cómodamente amueblado que puede ser utilizado por usted y su familia para disfrutar de nuestra cálida brisa tropical.

Great Getaway and wonderful amenities

We stayed on the bay side of the property - which had no construction. Bay side pool and hot tub has a fabulous view of the inter coastal. Beach is pristine. You can rent umbrellas by the day or week from a third party. Very easy to manage. Chairs and lounge chairs are free. Nice gym. We stayed after check out and stayed at the beach and then showered on property in the gym area. Staff was enormously kind and helpful. There is some clean up from the storm going on but the property is great. No hesitation in booking. The bay side units are an easy walk to the beach

Beautiful place

Excellent vacation and stay!! Loved the two options of the ocean and bayside. Beautiful beach and lots to do at night in the village. My only complaint was there is no bathroom located close to the ocean side. A bit of a walk to bathroom.

Thanksgiving getaway

It was a great spot for our family of 4 - beach is amazing- sand like baby powder. Unit and property were just as advertised. Can’t wait to return!!

Unit 350 Bayside

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area is amazing ! We stayed at Bayside 350; which is a quick walk over to the beach but you also have the great views of the bay. If you don’t want to walk over to the beach which may be 1/4 mile away or less you can park anywhere on the Palm Bay Club property.The unit its self was just ok. The kitchen area was well equipped with utensils but some small inconveniences were noted. It would not take much to keep basic necessities available for guests. For example, a couple rolls of paper towels, extra garbage can liners. These things are not that expensive and why should guests be expected to try to find a local grocery store to find garbage bags? I’m not going to use an entire box so just keep some extra there for guests. The bathrooms were small; but clean.There was one dresser in the second bedroom but the drawers did not open without getting jammed. There were ants on the main bedroom that constantly needed swept up. The faucet in the shower in the second bedroom was broken. You had to put the faucet on cold to get hot water and on hot to get cold water temperatures. Again these are minor inconveniences but inconveniences none the less. Siesta was a great place to visit but I would not stay in this particular property again or recommend it due to these inconveniences.

A great stay

My family and a friend stayed at this condominium for four nights and it was very nice, secure and quiet.. This property is on the bay side of the resort and the gulf is a few minutes walk away on the other side. There are pools on both of the bay and gulf sides of the resort. It's within walking distance (.08 miles) to a few restaurants, bars, and a market to the south. Siesta Key village is a bit farther in the other direction and walkable, but I would recommend driving or getting a ride. During our stay we had an issue with a clogged sink which was remedied within 15 minutes by the resort maintenance crew. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The table was sparse & the chairs did not look like it could hold an adult man safely. The couch was not comfortable at all and really no ottomans to kick up your feet.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. There was security on the premises, and they were always driving around and checking on things. Very clean and office staff was very helpful. The condo was very clean. Love to go back. Close to everything, including beaches.

We enjoyed our stay so much! There was plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax.

The location was very convenient to the village and snorkeling beaches. The short walk to the beachside was an easy walk. The beach wasn't over crowded. We rented chairs and an umbrella esch day which was very helpful. The place was clean and very nice.

Grammy trip

I took my two grandsons, ages 6 & 7, to Siesta Key/Palm Bay Club for 5 days. The perfect adventure! Their choice activities of “backyard pool” or big pool or beach was just what they wanted. We love taking the frog hopper to the village and walking on the beach she’ll searching. Went kayaking in the mangroves for an off site adventure. A fabulous time was had by all!
