Este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar con un colchón inflable eléctrico con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con servicio de televisión de alta definición para su disfrute. El baño principal tiene una cabina de ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha. La espaciosa cocina tiene encimeras de granito y muchos gabinetes. Excellent stay in excellent location

Condo is in a prime location just couple minutes walk from the excellent beach, clean and comfortable for four people to stay and enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt and a staff at the front office was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the stay.

Stay in Siesta Key

Property was clean and as listed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only small issue was the door lock was a little fussy and some of those parking spots are a little tight!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We continue to return to The Palm Bay Club each year, although pricing has gotten a little bit outrageous in comparison to other properties along the water, which may have us looking elsewhere in the near future. Others noted it too and it was the "talk" on the beach this year. Our unit overall was nice. There is a club chair in the main living area that should be replaced. It's old and worn. We chose not to sit on it. Additionally, all the faucet screen filters should be replaced. They were filled with black mold. We tried to clean them ourselves, but ultimately they need to be replaced by maintenance. We noticed this same thing last year with a different unit we rented and we did contact maintenance, but opted not to this year as we spent most of our time on the beautiful beach and not much time in the unit. Shoutout to Cooper. He was very polite, kind and always ready to deliver our chairs to our daily beach spot. Shoutout to all the security personnel!! They were present and friendly. Greeted you daily with "hello" and a "smile." On many occasions they would stop and talk to you to ensure you were happy. Although there is nothing this complex/association can do, there were a lot of smokers this past year in the development smoking outside their units. It was bothersome especially when you were trying to enjoy your lanai.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at Palm Bay Club was great! Tho location of PBC on the beach is great! We really enjoyed our daily walks and sunsets. The condo was well equipped, good for cooking, and spacious in the living areas. Enjoyed the open lanai with nice table and chairs. Bathrooms are a little small. The only negative was the beds in the master bedroom. One was especially saggy, and they were both very noisy. My husband had a back ache from the saggy one.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went of the pictures on the site and thy are far from the truth. The overall view is dirty, old and needs a major overhaul.1 bathroom add what appeared to be a hole in the wall which was patched up BUT not painted. XL pizza size white patch and the wall was tan. Under the repair was a gross black line on the floor, black mole?? Shower curtain, disgusting. Tile floor was disgusting. A very large throw rug that had many large fibers missing and felt dirty to walk on barefoot. No ceiling fans to try and get the molded smell out and supply light in the bedrooms. Wall switch was hooked to a lamp that sat on the dresser near the door with 1 single bulb. This was my 5th stay at the Palm Bay and never had I ever had a unit like this. For the price I paid, I expected a nice unit but the pictures are deceiving. This horrible experience will not keep me from visiting Palm Bay. Out of 5 visits,this was our 1st bad experience.

I really don't have any issues to mention with the condo. I wish there were some ceiling fans, but I understand that the ceilings are a bit low, so there is that issue. If we come again the the future, I will remember to pack a small fan for the bedroom!

Condo was described well. Everything we needed (except coffee filters and paper towels. I’d recommend bringing). Plenty of towels for our family of six. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Lots of amenities. Pool was warm and uncrowded. Loved it.

Great resort, subpar unit.

Third time with VRBO and what a let down after two previous very nice accommodations. First off we cannot say enough about the overall resort. Check-in, grounds, security and cleaning personnel where all very pleasant. Overall resort grounds, pools, and the beach were clean and well maintained, five stars! Unfortunately we cannot rate unit 173 with the same praise. The picture on VRBO does not represent the unit as it is today. If the rug in the picture is the same one, there are literally no colors left in it and it was well worn and visibly dirty. The couch and loveseat needs a good cleaning while the single chair needs replacing due to stains-would not sit in it. All dining table and screened porch chair cushions were well stained on both sides. Woodwork and doors need painting. No globe on the fan light in the screened porch. The most concerning was the high pitch whistle that came from the toilet in the smaller separate bathroom. It took a while to find that the guts of the toilet would put out a whistle similar to a fire alarm. Not sure why this was but when trying to find where the sound was coming from I had removed the fire alarm from the wall outside the bathroom and found that it was not even plugged into the building system. Although this may sound like a total disaster unit, there were some positives. All appliances and countertops were clean and fairly new. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes etc. Good bedding and plenty of towels. Would we stay at this resort again, without a doubt, yes. Would we stay in unit 173 again, not unless we knew some changes have been made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. I gave my kids the master because it had 2 queens, which is a little weird. The living room had a good amount of seating. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. We didn't cook at all. The screened lanai was a nice area to sit in the morning and hang all of our towels, etc. There is a closet with chairs and other beach stuff, fishing poles but no reels (we had our own). I'd definitely stay here again. We loved the beach. I wish there was more than one parking spot per unit. I had 4 adults and 2 kids, and visitor parking was not guaranteed. We lucked out and got a spot but many of the spots near the condos were open.

Summer Beach Apartment

Excellent beach apartment that contains all the amenities required for a summer vacation: it allows you to cook, sleep comfortably, and walk to the beach; or go out to dinner in downtown. An improvement I would recommend is having ice-machines in the complex for filling beach coolers.

Siesta Key

We enjoyed the condo very much, it was clean, centrally located on Siesta Key and was very close to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the beach chairs that were there. I would definitely stay there again.
