The Space:

- 2 build-in twin bunk beds with wall lamps.

- 1 full bathroom with dual shower and tub. Has an outlet for hair tools or phone charging.





Location: 5.1 miles Pleasure Pier, 6.7 miles to The Strand; 2.2miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark and 4.1 mi to Seawall.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entirety of the condo and the complex's amenities. Please note that the host does not control the scope or schedule of maintenance activities on the complex's amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Within walking distance, you will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries around. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!

The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons, and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.



Getting Around:

The beach is walkable from the condo. For other locations in Galveston, a car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

Free Wifi and DirectTV in the condo.



A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE: The office does NOT accept cash.



Parking rules and prices are as follows:

1.) Parking Rates will be set as $10.00 per car per day PLUS sales tax.

2.) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3.) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30-day time period, and the per-day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

ALL PMI Galveston Bay Rentals are Non-Smoking properties. The minimum age to book this property is 25. We collect identification as part of our check-in process. We use pet screening to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law.
