Only 1.4 miles from Marco Island's beach and steps away from Mackle Park, Marco Island's Public Library, Marco Island and Historical Museum.
The Space:
Welcome to your next beach vacation getaway! Your centrally located home offers three bedrooms with a king suite and two bathrooms. A split floor plan with an open and modern kitchen and living area. Although we know you'll spend most evenings at Marco Island's award-winning restaurants, but for those cozy nights in, know your kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Grantie countertops, stainless steal appliances, and four barstools complete this space. Dining area seats 6. Each bedroom and living room are equipped with a SmartTV so you can stream all your favorite platforms. Visit Marco for its white sand beaches but stay and relax by your own private, heated, enclosed sparking blue pool. The property is surrounded by tropical lush landscaping giving you a private feel even though you're in the heart of Marco. Your screened in lanai area includes comfortable outdoor seating, flatscreen TV, dining area for 4, and a BBQ gas grill. Walk to popular destinations like Mackle Park, the YMCA, Marco Island Racquet Center (pickleball / tennis courts), Historical Museum, and Library. Were just over a mile from the beach, a 4-minute drive or less than 10-minute bike ride. Your beach paradise home comes with three adult cruiser bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. This home offers everything you need to make the most of your vacation! We also offer a Tesla universal EV Charger (North American compatible only) w/ 24 ft cable on the side of the garage. The garage is not available for guest parking. Guests will be required to provide email to sign owner / renter agreement.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, and grounds. The owners store a personal vehicle but still open for renters to access bikes and beach gear
