The private rooftop deck is perfect for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Situated within walking or biking distance to Boardman Lake, the Boardman Lake Trail, the Tart Trail, beaches and some of the city's best distilleries, bars, restaurants and shops. Surrounded by nature trails and city energy - the best of both worlds!

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is professionally designed and decorated for your comfort. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a spacious pantry, and all essential kitchen items. Relax in the living room with a gas fireplace, a comfortable Crate & Barrel sofa and a smart TV. Enjoy meals at the large center island with four bar stools. The primary suite boasts a queen bed, smart TV, ample closet space and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and shower. The high end boutique building offers guest privacy with no shared living space walls, no units above or below and a private rooftop deck, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

Whether you are here for adventure or just to relax and enjoy the scene, this stylish and comfortable spot puts it all within reach. Enjoy the walkability of Old Town, Oryana's Natural Grocery and Traverse City Whiskey Co. just a short stroll away, Be sure to check out the nearby Grand Traverse Commons with shops, restaurants, distilleries, hiking trails, and more.

Please do not park in front of the condo as it is designated for loading and unloading only with a 10 minute limit. Parking is allowed on the street in front of the complex.

Beautiful apartment that was spotless, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a weekend. The communication with the owner was excellent and so was the check-in process. We would definitely stay there again.

Extraordinarily clean and well appointed unit, great neighborhood right by Boardman Lake Trail and Oryana coop. We had a lovely weekend in no small part thanks to Karen and this lovely condo.

I’m from Sylvan Lake, but I absolutely love spending time in the Traverse City area. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or kayaking, this region has something special for every outdoor enthusiast.

Hiking is one of my favorite ways to explore the area. There are countless trails to choose from — whether you're looking for sweeping views or a peaceful walk through the woods alongside a stream, there's a trail for you. My personal favorite with a view is Empire Bluffs — the scenery is a simply breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend downloading the AllTrails app. It’s free and super handy for finding the perfect hiking spot wherever you are.

When it comes to biking, the condo is conveniently located near the Boardman Lake Trail, which is great for a quick ride. But for a longer adventure, my favorite is the Leelanau Trail. It stretches 15.6 miles from Traverse City to Suttons Bay and offers a mix of scenic countryside and access to several local wineries if you feel like indulging along the way. There is also a bus that runs from TC to SB and back in case you don't feel like biking all the way. The buses are equipped with bike racks for your convenience.

For kayaking, there are plenty of rivers to choose from, but the Upper Platte is my top pick. It’s fast-paced and exciting, with plenty of downed trees and branches to navigate — a real adventure! If you’re out in late September, keep an eye out for the salmon run. Watching hundreds of large salmon swimming upstream beneath your kayak is an unforgettable experience.

I truly enjoy hosting travelers because I love sharing all that Traverse City has to offer. From its scenic trails and beautiful lakes to the vibrant downtown and local wineries, there's something here for everyone—and I’m always happy to offer tips to help you make the most of your stay.

Old Town is an up and coming neighborhood. I love how close it is to Boardman Lake and my all time favorite natural food store, Oryana. It is close to the Grand Traverse Commons and Downtown TC as well. The Parlor, within walking distance, is a great place to go for live music, craft cocktails or gastro-pub style food.
