The two story living room offers comfy rustic couches, a cut stone gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV and double door access out to one of three sumptious decks that span the back of the house, enclosed by the trees of a scenic wooded hillside on the 10th fairway of the Innsbruck golf course.


The main deck level boasts a quiet reading nook, bistro seating for your morning coffee, and a pair of adirondack chairs for that frosty afternoon brew or chilled glass of wine. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with warm would designer cabinets and black appliances, or sizzle some steaks on the charcoal grill on the lower deck. The elegant dining room connects to the kitchen, and offers a sunny spot to sit in the adjoining window alcove.

The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, with its beautiful rustic pine furniture, walk-in closet, and huge master bathroom with double sink, large shower, and separate toilet enclosure. The master bedroom opens with double glass doors onto the main level screened deck. The second-floor bedroom sports its own private bathroom, shared only when extra guests use the twin and trundle in the sunny loft.
