The Picton: Budget-friendly 1 bedroom cottage (in a 4plex building) on West Lake between Wellington and Bloomfield with shared water access and several cottages for rent in small compound. Enjoy use of the dock (can tie up a boat), firepit and your own private bbq and living space.



This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is located on beautiful West Lake in Wellington in a 4-plex. Close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, wineries, restaurants, and the Millennium Trail. Come enjoy all that the County has to offer!



The Picton is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 units that can all be rented together for larger groups.

Pet access

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at this property (even hypoallergenic).



If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
