Wonderful place and Great owner

Place exceeded all our expectations. From ease at check and meeting the owner and to checkout. Place was clean. Few extras he supplies not listed were great. Tremendous viiew of the sunrise every .morning with a cup of coffee. Highly recommend this property and most definitely would stay again.

Great for families!

We really enjoyed this condo for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone and even though there’s no laundry room in the condo it was nice having the public one so close to our unit. Everything was so accessible and enjoyable for all ages! We will be back!

Great accommodations!

We found the condo to be as described in the listing, The owner was great to work with.The condo meet or exceeded our expectations, it was well furnished and had all the things necessary for a nice vacation. I will recommend it to my friends and family. It is located close enough to the local attractions, but far enough away that traffic and Beach congestion is not a problem.

Fantastic location, great neighborhood, friendly vibes from the condo owners that were there. Property is older but well maintained overall. The listing doesn’t say much about all the beach gear is there for guest to use, as long as you folllow rules, everything is peachy. Couple of things that could improve is the mattress quality (not very comfy, specially the master bedroom) and the pool cleanliness (the tiles all around had this gross dark gunk around). Sorry but I work in property management and I notice things. I know the pool of the condominium is not necessarily the owner responsibility but the HOA but still some feedback not affecting the rating. We left extra beach gear that my kids outgrew (and we didn’t know until we got there) and some extra drinks we didn’t consumed. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely come back. Thank you Ken!

Wonderful!

My mother, sister, and I had a wonderful stay at the condo! The five chairs and two umbrellas set up on the beach each day provided an easy way to enjoy the beach with minimal effort—perfect for a restful week and a priceless addition to the rental. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was totally equipped for anything and everything we cooked while there. Loved it!

Great place.

The whole family really liked the unit, the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom was great. Having an umbrella and chairs waiting on us every day was a big plus that we were not expecting. We were not real happy with the laundry situation at first, but it worked out better than we thought. Probably one of the best places we rented in my 30 years of going to the beach. Would rent it again.

We have stayed at this property 10-12 times, this was the first in this particular condo, and it was perfect! The umbrellas, towels and bed linens are a plus and saved us from having to pack so much! (By the way, my kids absolutely loved the bunk bed) There’s plenty of cookware, and the view was excellent! We happened to meet the owner during our stay, and he was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay in this condo again!

Fabulous Condo for a Family Vacation!

My Husband and I enjoyed a fantastic family vacation with our 3 adult children and a spouse. The condo was clean, well-furnished and spacious. The location was incredible - right on the beach! The balcony is unobstructed and faced East, which allowed us to see gorgeous sunrises right from the balcony! We enjoyed a deep Sea Fishing Charter, the Marsh Walk and visiting Broadway at the Beach. Our favorite way to end our evenings, though, was to gather around the beautiful, massive granite island and play family games. This condo was perfect and the host was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book this condo again! :-)

It’s all about the view!

Can’t say enough about the amazing view. It was absolutely fabulous! Balcony overlooked the beach, and the breeze and sound of waves were wonderful. Very nice-sized condo. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely decorated. Condo pretty clean, but ready for end of season cleaning Handicap accessories in master bath were very much appreciated. A few hiccups with one shower and a cabinet but worked out ok. Owner very attentive and easy to work with. Would rent again.

Would return to this unit and this owner, no doubt about it.

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 30 years. Two things I look for - comfort of the apartment/building and communication with the owner. This building is not a huge high rise - it is a more personal environment. Oceanfront and close to the water (not 18 floors up) left us feeling like we were right ON THE OCEAN. The open breezeways and pool area were never crowded and going up and down to the beach was effortless. The unit itself is a little dated, but it was comfortable and had every kitchen convenience I needed to make a few dinners to feed our group of six. The owner not only answered every email or concern within hours (even on the weekends) but checked with us upon our arrival to make sure that checking in was good. I have dealt with owners on VRBO that take almost 2 days to answer a single email. This owner provided two umbrellas and 5 chairs (6 would be better lol) and not having to worry about our pop-up tent evaporated. His approach to renting is thinking a little out of the box by provided drinks in the frig and the umbrella set up as a perfect example. We had a check list provided by the owner for us to verify certain items were still present in each room - I have never had to do this in any unit I have every rented, and although I found it slightly inconvenient - I understand his desire to ensure property has not been taken by the previous renter. The only complaint I had was that Wifii was very spotty (the morning seemed better). Not sure if we were connecting to the main Seamaster wifi - as the unit did not have one to chose from....But on my list of "I survived" - this was incidental. We would stay here again, and I feel we would try to rent from this owner if possible as his attention to our travel was very much appreciated.

Been using timeshare on those since 1982 and this is for by far the best stock best location unit that I have had. Owner is super to work with. I highly recommend this location and I definitely will be back again in future years.

Family trip- May 2022

We absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of room for 5 of us women & 1 toddler. My 90 year old Mom had no trouble getting to & from the beach. We especially enjoyed our view & have never stayed where the ocean was so close!! Hope we can reserve this condo again!

Fall bike rally trip .

Nice place to stay . Was close to where we wanted to be at and the view of the beach was nice to . We ate out all of the time but , had everything u could thing of if you wanted to cook there . I Would rent it again .

Great mini vacation.

The place was as described. Everything needed to have a great vacation was there. Loved the location. Balcony was great to sit and relax. The sound of the waves was all that was needed at night to put you asleep. We REALLY enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, perfect for our group

I would definitely recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and even stopped by on our first full day to make sure we had everything we needed. Having the two beach umbrellas and 5 chairs already there as a part of the package was worth it itself. We didn’t have to worry about the extra packing and they were set up every day 15 feet from the property gate. Location is great if you don’t mind driving to the attractions which we didn’t. Highly recommend.
