Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Master 211 a few years ago and was very pleased with the condo. My only complaint this year was there have not been any improvements in the condo since the last time we stayed. Also the palm tree on the deck is totally obstructing the view of the pool and ocean...definitely needs trimmed. Will stay at Sea Master again, but will probably stay in a different condo to get a better view of the beach and ocean.

Dan’s Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Condo was ready before check in time. The kitchen was the best equipped, better stocked than any condo we’ve rented. (Maybe 20 or so precious rentals) The only detractor was thatt the carpet could use replacing or a good cleaning—not a show stopper, we would rent it again. Overall, great experience.

Great location ~ Sea Master 211

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and good unit. Unit has 3 bedroom/ 3 baths that really suited our needs. The unit, grounds and the pool area were all clean. The condos exterior had blown off in some places due to a heavy storm. So hopefully they will get that fixed soon. But overall a good place to stay. The Garden City Realty folks were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Lauren with GCR especially worked so hard to find the right condo for my crowd. I will definitely call on them again!

Perfect location and view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo! Between the pool, ocean view, and nice size rooms it was great! The only downside was having to use onsite pay with quarters laundry machines that barely hold 3 towels and were very rusty/old. The elevator had some issues while we were there but overall we really enjoyed this condo.

Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is a great layout with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but it is in need of updating. The stove does not work properly, it took much longer to bake items and did not hold a steady temperature. The air in the unit stayed damp and moist, so nothing ever dried inside. Towels were always wet and inside smelled musty. The master bathroom floor tiles were peeling up from the moisture. When we arrived the unit was clean but all of the dirty cloths were left on the floor by the door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was very nice overall. We had some difficulty in getting 2 of the televisions to work, and had to contact the cable provider. Also, the keys were very difficult to work in the locks. The unit itself has everything, but many items do not match...could use some updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in Sea Master 211. We have stayed at this property before and love its location, pool and beachfront views. Unit 211 has everything you could want while away from home. The wifi in this unit is great. The decor is unusual, but it has all the seating and sleeping accommodations necessary for a large family. The description states that this unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Myrtle for 27 years staying at various places. This condo is one of my top 3 places we have stayed. The location is excellent and they have everything you need to make you feel like you are in your own home. Most other places provide VERY cheap cookware and utensils but this place did not. That made it easier to have a meal in versus having to go out all of the time. All the comforts of home.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first got there we found a live cockroach under the covers of the kids bed. We were informed the bug people couldn't come till Monday (it was Saturday) so we requested to be moved.we were given two options. One had indoor pool and laundry, but no master suite connected to the balcony, in fact it was on the non-ocean side. So we selected the other despite no hot tub, indoor pool, and no laundry in the condo.we had to make a concession either way. We were offered no compensation for this other than the difference in cost, as our new condo cost less to begin with, no doubt due to it having less.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice inside. Didn't like how when you walked out onto the deck, you were directly beside another deck. Felt like we were right up on other folks. That is why, I'm sure, you only put the one outside pic, so potential renters wouldn't know until they got there, how little privacy there is.pool hours posted said 10 a until 10 p; however, folks stayed out longer and talked loud like they were the only ones there. We could hear people talking late at night along with the fireworks.Liked that we could come directly down from our unit onto the beach, not having to cross the road, etc. But, could have done without all the noise.

Good location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've staying in this particular unit for many years and have been very satisfied. However, this year we noticed that the property was not in the best condition. It had not been dusted in months; tub in the master and twin suit drain slowly and you are up to your ankles in water; the shower curtain in the queen bedroom is too short to inside the shower, thus water on the floor; the duvet in the queen room is stained and could use some cleaning; the sink in the master bedroom leaks and water pools in the cabinet under the sink. These are things that I think the owner should be aware of.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just spent a week here. Would definitely stay here again. Great location with ocean view. Within walking distance of two piers. Affordable price if shared by two families. (Parents w/ children & grandparents) Priced better than comparable units in same building. Beds & seating were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Close to elevator so convenient for person with special needs. Really need to replace the wicker rocker though-it squeaks terribly. :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience with this particular unit has always been a good one. We did notice some changes this year in that the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as in past years. There were very few cereal bowls and the cooking utensils were sparse. Hopefully someone reported that the sweep on the front door came off during our stay. I intended to call about this and it slipped my mind. We always enjoy our visits to the condo complex and intend to rent again next year.

Only one problem to report upon arrival and during mid-week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had no power in bedroom by the door upon arrival, nothing worked, no lights, no fan etc.. Had to call you to get corrected. It took two hours to respond. I watched your service man correct. Happened again mid-week and I fixed circuit breaker myself, which was behind a picture and not in utility room. Something is tripping the breaker, needs to be looked at.
