Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada y ubicación
I did not respond to this for awhile because i was angry about the whole situation and needed to remove myself from it for awhile. The host was responsive and the house was nice but after conversing back and forth and getting what i thought was good information about the house and kept the reservation. Upon getting there it was realized that the lowest floor was NOT available and my sister with MS , my 80 year old mother could NOT get into the house! We managed to do it once but it meant parking on a side road straddling a ditch so they didn’t fall in it and then having them walk across the wet yard to walk up 2 or 3 steps that felt like they'd give out at any time!This isn’t the first time this has happened at a rental but the one that was the worst. Why is it so difficult to get accurate handicapped access information about the renals? Why can't it be on the listing?Ann
