Welcome to Chasing Waves, the ultimate beach getaway where adventure and relaxation collide! From the moment you pull into the driveway, excitement is in the air. With parking on either side, you’re all set for a fun-filled stay.

Head to the ground level through the door at the end of the driveway to discover the Indoor Game Room—complete with a partial kitchen, 65" TV, foosball, 2 arcade games, and a cozy seating area. Right off the game room is a private bedroom with a king bed and 60" TV—perfect for unwinding after all the fun. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located for easy access after a day of poolside relaxation or outdoor games. Plus, the elevator lobby is nearby for smooth access to every level of this amazing home!

Outside, you'll find the ultimate hangout spot at the end of the right-side driveway! Grab your friends and family and enjoy ping pong, putt-putt, Hang 21, or kick back and watch the game on the 65" outdoor TV! There’s also a beach closet stocked with all kinds of fun beach and pool toys to make your stay even more exciting. Need a break? Take a dip in the huge saltwater pool (heated for just $75/day) or relax in the 5-person hot tub. Soak up the sun on the picnic table, 4 sun loungers, or 4 Adirondack chairs around the pool, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Ready to grill? Fire up the two charcoal grills and get cooking!

Head up to the main level in the elevator or by taking the stairs from the driveway and you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living area perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. Kick back on the comfy seating, watch movies on the 70" TV, or cozy up next to the electric fireplace. Catch up on work at the dedicated workstation. The dining area seats 16 (8 at the table, 8 at the bartop)—perfect for family feasts! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for gourmet meals, and a half bath is conveniently nearby.

The luxurious master bedroom on the main level is a retreat with a king bed, 65" TV, and an enormous walk-in closet. Enjoy direct access to the front porch with rocking chairs, or relax in the private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Want to dive into the pool? Simply head out from the living room to the back porch, where stairs lead you down to your own private pool paradise!

From the main level take the elevator or stairs to the upper level, where you'll find 4 more comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The kids will love the bunkroom, featuring 2 sets of full-size bunk beds (4 beds!), a TV, beanbag chairs, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next door, a king bedroom with a 60" TV and private bath is perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Two more king bedrooms each offer large TVs, closets, and direct access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

When you're ready for the beach, it’s just a .6 mile walk down our quiet street to the sand—a very easy walk! For a little extra fun, we love renting a golf cart from a local company, so you can cruise all over town in style! It’s the perfect way to explore and adds a little extra fun to your beach day.

We take pride in offering excellent customer service. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are excellent at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!

Guest will have access to the entire house except for locked owner's closets.

Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.

There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).

Fees for heating the pool are not included in total price at time of booking. If guest wants pool heated we will request the fee amount after booking.
